His roleplayer had been very busy with finals, so he hadn't had much time to do things. He watched as the newfound friends went off to Sugarcube Corner. He hadn't been very surprised at Butterfly's appearance. Knowing Discord was her father, it made sense. Without that knowledge, he supposed she would be looked down upon as strange.
Bronze shrugged his saddlebags back into place and carried on, his stomach rumbling in agreement.

Eclipse allowed a shudder to run through her spine. Glad that she could be shocked away from the public, Eclipse quickly went up into the sky, where she soared away to her home. Discord. Discord. Though he was plenty years older than her, he was friends with her older brother, and eventually became interested in she. They had been great friends, Discord and her. But, later, Discord's mind became consumed by Fluttershy, and Eclipse was left alone with no friends. So she moved further into Ponyville, where she rented a small, cozy home to reside in for a few years. Gilda, a griffon, was visiting at the time, and found it mightily pleasureful to taunt her alongside her friend, Rainbow Dash. "Nightmare Moon is nowhere near as terrifying as that dark, ugly face of yours!" Gilda had said on one occasion. Gilda had kicked her in the flank,and Rainbow Dash leaned in for a punch. As her hoof collided with Eclipse's cheek, Darkened Eclipse had bucked them both in the stomach with her back legs, and had earned herself a bit of respect from a few ponies. Rainbow had later apologized, explaining how she was driven by Gilda's actions in an attempt to be cool. Eclipse seemed to have had an ally, until Dash, too, left for a group of five other mares. Now, in the present, Eclipse was alone again with her bit of respect lost in her little home. Eclipse glanced at Frigid Bronze. Ally? Friend? Or Foe? she debated in her mind. Uncertainty drove her to trot beside him. "Hey." she smiled friendly. "Getting lunch?"

Eclipse, surprised by the offer, cleared her throat slightly. "Um, sure, I'd lov- like too." she corrected herself awkwardly. "And, er- It's Darkened Eclipse. Everyone calls me Eclipse." she responded shyly. "And you are...?"

Eclipse tried not to give a jolly hop, but, though her best efforts, her hooves barely moved off the ground. Embarrassed, she flushed, her ears and cheeks about as red as the ripest of cherries. "Thanks." she chuckled.

"I'm still debating between the Haybale and Greene's Pasture. Do you have a preference?" He asked Eclipse.

"Oh, well. Umm, I'd honestly normally prefer Greene's Pasture, but I typically go to The Haybale. I'm on a bit of a budget." Eclipse said. The Haybale was a much cheaper restaurant than the dining of Greene's Pasture. She salivated with her jaws clamped shut as she thought of the food of Greene's Pasture.

Ruby sighed and began to walk away. "I suppose I should get going." She said, although she knew nobody was listening.

The accents were painted dark olive green, and the building itself was a soft off-white, surrounded by an oak wood patio. Once they had moved up the wooden stairs and onto said patio, Bronze held open the door for Eclipse, the soft tinkling of the bell mixed with the conversation of various ponies sitting both inside and out. It was after the lunch rush, so the place was only about half full.

With a grateful nod, Eclipse trotted into the homey diner. A smell of veggie burger drifted into her nose, and her stomach rumbled happily.

Sitting down in the plush, green booth, Bronze sat down and scooted over a menu. After a moment, the waitress, brass nametag reading "Cherry Jazz", came up and asked what sort of drinks they'd like.
