    Lonepaw stumbled as he raced to attack the fox.



    Cloudstar bit down on the fox's tail and wouldn't let go.



    The fox yelped, turned, and raced off into the bushes.

    Darksky looked at Cloudstar, "Should we make sure it leaves the territory? I could take Ravenspark and Featherpaw just to make sure."

    Cloudstar nodded. "Thank you. Be careful. I'm taking everyone else back to camp."



    Lonepaw panted, trying to catch his breath.

    He nodded his thanks and he bounded off, "Come on...lets go." he raced after the fox scent.

    Cloudstar and Lonepaw padded back to camp. "You fought well Lonepaw." he purred to the apprentice.



    "Really? I just wanted to keep the clan safe." he replied.

    He stopped at the border and scented the air. Then he said, "I think it crossed the border..." he scented the air once again then turned, "But I think someone should ask Cloudstar to patrol around here a bit more often just in case the fox comes back...which I doubt considering how well you guys did. Good job."

    "No problem...okay lets head back and Ravenspark could tell Cloudstar about patrolling more around this border in case the fox returns." he grinned. Then the older black tom with gray eyes began walking back towards the camp.
