    Fourth had no issue with mentioning alliance litters. They were common among all the clans, and it wasn't unusual for them to even hold full scale mass adoptions for alliance litters. This was just The Fallen saying they were fine with it if any of the clans wanted to strengthen their ties through blood relations.
