    The youth looked like he himself had once been a victim of Bloodclan. Though he was built lean and strong, with a sleek black coat accented by cyan markings, the eleven month old was also host to an array of rather vicious scars. His piercing yellow eyes contained no hint of innocence or kindness, and remain blank and scathing as they glanced around the area used by the HP's to deal with suggestions, requests, and complaints. "I have a suggestion." he called out, taking a seat to await the others in comfort. Hopefully it wouldn't be too long before somebody showed up. Aiden had patience, but not an infinite amount.

    OOC; Forgive me in advance, this is going to be kind of long..


    "I have a few suggestions for possible Titles. 'Oldschool' for those who are known for fighting without powers, and 'Salvagers', for those who are known for creating/recycling things, like bones into armor. Also, what about a 'Medal' system to go along with the 'Titles'. Unlike Titles, which are handed out based on what the HP's see, 'Medals' are something that members would be able to work toward on their own time, being able to track their own progress before eventually 'cashing in' their hard work for their medals. It would work as a Badge System, where, after meeting specific requirements, members could post in a 'Medal Redemption' thread where an HP will award the character with a Medal in the form of a Badge. Each category of Medals would have it's own tier system, sort of like a bronze, silver, gold thing (only in this case it would be Standout/Expert/Legendary.) It would be set up sort of like this."

As for the medal system, that'll take some extra work and effort to set up, maintain and handle. But considering the amount of people in Bloodclan, she wasn't too worried on finding volunteers or high positions to work on it. Not to mention, it seemed like the medals will boost activity. "I like it, both the ideas and medal system," she then said. The two already standing medals looked about right to her, and they're pretty fair too. As for the other more achievement type ones, they'll be harder to get but that makes the competing spirit rise. Maybe they could add something related to healing a member or such.

    Aiden would give a casual shrug. He had already given examples in the form of Power/Combat Medals, as well as First Blood and Coldkill, and Kingslayer. "I suppose you could make any number of them. A variety would mean that the system appeals to all kinds of Bloodclanners. And if it was something the immediate HP's didn't have time for, there are plenty of Third and Fourth Tiers looking to show off their management skills I'm sure." he replied, figuring it to be the most logical of responses.

    Why would the Medals take off when the titles wouldn't? Simple. Because it wouldn't be the HP's looking around to see who did what. Members would keep track of their own kills, simply providing proof in the form of links to cash in for their medals. There were probably a ton of people who were making kills that just didn't make a huge fuss over it so nobody noticed. "The HP's won't be in charge of keeping track of things, and that's where the difference would be. With all the Bloodclanners this place holds, it's more then possible that kills get overlooked, which means people don't get the Title. Allowing the members to keep track of it themselves means that not only would they be taking on most of the work themselves, but they'd offer up the proof of their deeds to save you guys some work. It might even make handing out the title easier, since you'll be able to see who is cashing in what Medals. As an added bonus, it will also boost the amount of non-NPC kills the clan turns out. "

"that system i can agree with; we already have a similar thing going on with raid participation, but i don't see how adding in this would hurt," he mused aloud, though he was pretty sure he couldn't approve this; azimekh would be needed, yup.

    Well, so far it seemed as if his little idea was paying off. He'd won over the Deputy and the Vice Leader. All that was left now was to hear from the Leader himself. Aiden hadn't had the chance to meet the other formally yet, so it would be interesting being able to interact with him, even if it was only for a moment.
