    Sky was brought up in a strict house hold. Her parents were often abusive to her so she was scared of them but she couldn't tell anyone, they had threatened to kill her if she even uttered a word to the police. She doesn't go to school incase people asked questions about her appearance she was skinny and had scars and bruises from the bad treatment. She notices someone new moving in across the street only to find its a girl her age. Sky often spends time just in her front yard and as the girl doesn't no anyone they become friends. Sky always thought she was attracted to guys never had she thought she'd be falling for her.

    Sky was sitting on the front yard glad that her parents had gone to work she glanced at the house with the moving truck and sighed wondering what the new nehibours would be like. She quickly looked back down at her book as she saw someone walk towards her.

    Yith was not the kind of girl people made friends with. She was a strange girl, often seeming more animal than human, and her parents didn't really seem to care if she occasionally vanished into the woods for entire weekends at a time, taking the family dog Lasha with her. As long as she kept her grades up, well her mostly absent parents didn't seem to care much either. No one had ever stopped to think maybe the reason Yith was so odd was because her parents were home for about an hour a day before going to bed, largely taken up in their business to care much for their daughter.

    But while her parents were busy moving was suddenly a time they felt like being parents, and had given her the ultimatum of either saying hi to the new girl next door, or going back to public school. Given that Yith did about as well in a social environment as a slug in a jar of salt, she stalked over, bare feet and overgrown hair in all, to the neighbors yard.

  • Sky was normally shy but knew it would be awkward to just pretend to be death and ignore her She looked up to see Yith and was instantly intrigued her dark blue eyes stared blankly as she treid to speak "Uh.Hi"She stammered closing her book nd putting a arm over it as so the cover was hard to recognise

    Yith smiled a little, but it seemed more awkward than anything, like she wasn't used to the action. Toying with a long strand of wavy red hair, so long that it nearly trailed on the grass, she shifted a little. "Hi, I'm Yith... I just moved in across the way" she said, her voice was one of those that was quiet, but still quite clear. Much like her smile, even her words seemed a little awkward, though it was hard to tell if it was an accent or merely that she nearly never talked.

  • Sky studied her and somehow knew they would be good friends she seemed like a social outcast just like Sky.
    "Oh Nice to meet you Yith I'm Sky, That's a interesting name you have"She commented trying to make the atmosphere friendly and less tense as she never did good under pressure or stress as she was in fear of getting beaten by her parents.

    Yith smiled a little, though it still seemed really awkward. She never smiled after all, so the movement was kind of like trying to ride a bike for the first time: strange and unfamiliar. "My dad's name is Asher, and my mom's name is Kaindra, so it's actually not that weird for my family" she replied, relaxing slightly. Or at least, relaxing enough that she stopped pulling at her hair.

  • Sky blinked and smiled slightly "They are very nice names, your family's lucky I don't think my grandparents were very creative with Susan and Darren. Yet somehow they came up with Sky"She sighed putting her book by her side still intrigued by Yith and hiw odd she seemed yet was Sky any different she barely left the house and had no friends at all but still felt a little comfortable around this stranger

    Yith sat down on the grass, staring at her new house "It's different, living this far away from the city. I like it, I don't really like being around others very much" she sighed. It was more a survival instinct thing, considering her parents rarely wasted any of their wealth on her, leaving her with second hand clothes and being rarely home. "Everyone just makes fun of me and my parents don't care" she said, tugging at the frayed jeans she wore that were too long for someone as short as her, and seemed to be covered in dirt around the knees and edges.

  • Sky listened and tried to say something without giving her situation away "Ob I'm sorry to hear that, But it's been five minutes and I haven't made fun of you. It's sad how there are some real hateful people out there. I wouldn't know though I've been homeschooled for most of my life"She said moving a stray strand of blonde hair behind her ear

  • [fancypost bgcolor=#856363; border: 3px dotted #DC143C; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000; font-size: 16px; height: 400px; width: 510px; background: url(http://image.naldzgraphics.net/2012/01/27-floral.jpg); border-radius: 5px; font-weight: bold; overflow: auto; width: 500px; height: 500px]

    Yith smiled again, still awkwardly but it seemed more genuine this time, like she was really trying hard to smiled but didn't quite know how. "I am too, though I prefer the term self-schooled, my parents are always at meetings or something" she shrugged.

  • Sky looked over to Yith "Yeah mine go to work and don't return till late. I cook from whatever I find but I don't have a big appetite. I just read till they get back"She sighed glad that they weren't home all the time so they could leave her alone sometimes she dreamed of running away but knew she wouldn't make it far she was scared

  • [fancypost bgcolor=#856363; border: 3px dotted #DC143C; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000; font-size: 16px; height: 400px; width: 510px; background: url(http://image.naldzgraphics.net/2012/01/27-floral.jpg); border-radius: 5px; font-weight: bold; overflow: auto; width: 500px; height: 500px]

    "I know that feeling too" Yith said, shrugging lightly. She seemed thin, it was easy to see her shoulder blades move under the worn blue tee shirt she wore. "I don't really care, I just run out into the woods over the weekends with my dog, there's rabbit and things and it's not hard to make snares or boil water. It's better than anything my mom calls cooking anyways" she huffed.

  • Sky was surprised "Woah wait you mean like what those survivalists do. Or people who want to be close to nature. That's really cool I don't know a thing about that I'm not aloud to leave the house I'm barely aloud outside"She sighed as she hugged her knees looking down at the grass. Suddenly falling quiet as she didn't mean to say that.
    Her stickfigure like shape curled up as if a kid being told off

    Yith glanced at her "Yeah, kind of like that. When I grow up I just want to have a nice farm in the woods, not have to worry. Just live in nature and stuff, away from people" she said. "I'm seventeen, so maybe next year, when I'm old enough to leave this place. Maybe you and I can be roommates one day" she chuckled. It was strange how she managed to open up to this strange girl, but somehow she felt different. Like in some strange way, they were too similar to not have a connection.

  • Sky looked back at Yith and smiled a little "That sounds nice I always liked woodland areas and when we are old enough to leave you could teach me all those skills"She sighed thinking about it seeming like it was a dream and unlike the others she wanted this one to become true so badly For someone who didn't like socialising it seemed weird how easy it was to talk to Yith like they had been friends in a past life

  • [fancypost bgcolor=#856363; border: 3px dotted #DC143C; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000; font-size: 16px; height: 400px; width: 510px; background: url(http://image.naldzgraphics.net/2012/01/27-floral.jpg); border-radius: 5px; font-weight: bold; overflow: auto; width: 500px; height: 500px]

    Yith laughed a little, that was a more honest sound, it didn't have the same fumbling hesitancy her words or her smile did. "Definitely, I've always wanted to raise sheep, or just grow plants too. Just enough for me, and maybe a couple kids too, adopted or otherwise" she said, staring into the crystal blue sky. "Just living alongside nature, you know?" she added, glancing back at Sky.

  • Sky bit her lower lip "Im not aloud to have any pets. I know it may seem a little silly but I always wanted to look after horses and ponies Ever since I was a child. I would like to get married and maybe have children. I think it's more of a idea in the moment when you know it's the one "She sighed her dark blue eyes lost in thought for a second before snapping out of it

  • [fancypost bgcolor=#856363; border: 3px dotted #DC143C; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000; font-size: 16px; height: 400px; width: 510px; background: url(http://image.naldzgraphics.net/2012/01/27-floral.jpg); border-radius: 5px; font-weight: bold; overflow: auto; width: 500px; height: 500px]
    [align=center][size=16pt]~Yith~

    Yith smiled "Horses sound nice, just an easy life away from all this drama in the world" she said brightly. "But I want a wife, and I'll be the husband, so I can dote on her and she can give me kisses before I head out to tend to the fields" she asserted. "And I'll make sure I always take care of her, and never forget any holidays... ever" she added.

  • Sky lsmiled "Oh I had no idea your a lesbian"She said makes her more interesting sky thought "You should be glad you don't have parents like mine they are.. Old fashioned I'm surprised they haven't married me off all ready"She laughed lightly but was strangely enjoying just talking to Yith she had no idea why they were being so honest with each other but found it nice.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=#856363; border: 3px dotted #DC143C; font-family: Times New Roman; color: #000000; font-size: 16px; height: 400px; width: 510px; background: url(http://image.naldzgraphics.net/2012/01/27-floral.jpg); border-radius: 5px; font-weight: bold; overflow: auto; width: 500px; height: 500px]
    [align=center][size=16pt]~Yith~

    Yith giggled "My parents don't give a crap, they just want an heir" she said, her voice didn't even have the energy to hold bitterness, like it was just an unavoidable part of her life, as much as breathing. "Their response was something along the lines of 'that's nice sweetie' and that was that" she sighed. "And what are they, Amish? though I'm pretty sure my parents would marry me off to some other rich kid if that was still socially acceptable" she snorted.
