I don't have any major plots but I have some 'mini' type plots like...
A girl breaks her leg and must be temporally be replaced which causes her to worry about getting permanently replaced.A girl starts doing another activity (Cheer, Horseback riding, some kind of instrument, etc.) and a new girl is brought in to pick up the slack
A new competition season brings in new girls causing tension between everyone.
