Welcome to Cherrywood Stables, I am you're tour guide, Ms. Rade, the social studies teacher. We are an elite boarding school, with excellent academics, and a national champion horse-riding program. Now, lets go into new student orientation, Shall we?
Here, is one of our schools three dorms, the intersex dorm:

For the intersex dorm, 5 students of the same gender will be roommates, on your registration forms, you will have a chance to choose a dorm room. In this building, there are 10 open dorm rooms, 5 for girls, 5 for boys. Now lets see the girls only dorm

And this is one of the 5 open dorms, where two people can room together
