Ivan's heart constricted in fear as he saw the bit of blood trickling out Joanna's nose.
That can't be good... he thought to himself as he hurried the princess back towards the healer's den. Hang on, Princess!
Lizzie's brow furrowed as she saw how bad her friend's condition really was.
Jethro... something's wrong with Joanna... I'm with a strange male and we're bringing her to you! she told him.
Jethro frowned sadly at Marina's words and hugged his daughter back, then shook his head.
"No, I'm glad you told me..." he said. "I will go see Torren when you return to Blood Moon in a few days."
He then frowned as he looked towards the entrance to the healer's den.
"Lacy, I want you to mix some more comphrey." he told his daughter softly as he gently stepped back from the hug. "Brody, you were watching as I mixed jars 3-5, right."
Brody nodded.
"Get me jars 1, 6, 7 and 9." he told his son. "Then mix 3-5 as I did. Make sure to get it right. Joanna's life depends on it."
Brody nodded and Thane turned to Jethro.
"What's happening?"
"It seems your daughter has taken a turn for the worse." Jethro said without preamble. "Ivan and Lizzie are heading this way with her as we speak."
