Creating a clan organization?

    how do u set up clans and organize them and can u accept only certain people or everyone who wants to join? rules on clans, and how to get one off the ground would be appreciated.

    [fancypost bgcolor=; border:none; width: 350px; height: inherit; color: white; font-family: trebuchet ms; font-size:7pt; line-height:15px; border-left: 1px solid black; text-align:justify; padding:14px;]okay so if you click on forums and scroll down there's a board called fan clans, tribes and loner lands.you could also go on roleplay clans and joinings but i prefer the fan clans, tribes and loner lands board if you click on that and then scroll down to all the threads, at the top right there should be a button which says 'start new thread' or something like that. then you can put the name of you clan in the title and add information in the text box.
    you can then type up the info for your clan. say things live where they live, what they're like, how the clan was formed, what sort of prey they eat, how they hunt, their religion, their ranks, etc. put a list of ranks and characters so it's easier to see who's who in the clan.
    for rules and such it honestly depends on what you want. some basic rules which you'll see often are like to follow the wcrpg rules, no ooc bullying or fighting, etc. other rules you can add are sentence/paragraph minimums if you have a preference to how advanced you want the roleplayers to be. you can also add ic rules which only apply to the roleplay e.g. you can only eat after having hunted for the clan, you must obey your superiors, etc. again these are honestly up to you. to ensure that people have ready your rules, you can add a secret code to the rules, which a lot of people do.
    you should also post a form or a free for all form with a list of what basic info you'd like. some basic info to include in forms are generally things like name, appearance, rank, age, gender, personality, crush/mate, other, rp sample, etc. you can use layouts for it and ask everyone to fill out the same layout or just do a free for all which is where they make their own forms and include whatever info they feel is necesary. you can accept everyone if you want, though you don't have to. you could for example only accept those who you feel are at an advanced enough level for the roleplay. again, this is all up to you.
    then you post your form either in the post with all the info as an example or just in another separate post. after posting the thread someone will be sure to see it and check it out. if it sounds interesting enough then it'll be sure to attract lots of roleplayers.
