_{In a distant island apart from civilization, there is an old, deserted laboratory that, during its youth, was focused on experimenting illegally on Pokemon. Reasons behind its mysterious abandonment are unknown, but not long after the humans had left, a totalitarianistic colony of Pokemon has formed inside which specializes not only in dominance and submission, but in revenge and punishment, and the forever war between honor and cunning. Rivalries evolve into grudges as strong Pokemon battle for a lead role in the colony, and weak Pokemon get the short end of the stick as they are bullied throughout the day and given scraps for food. Leadership is determined not on species or sex, but on strength and cunning. Opposing the leader, depending on the damage caused, will result in banishment, death, or a fate far worse than that.}

_{As the setting is a laboratory, mental, psychological, and physical torture are encouraged. Water, white room, or plain old body mutilation are some of the methods used, and Pokemon of higher authority will often threaten members into submitting if they ever step out of line. This is what makes the colony so infamous, but some say a "super" Pokemon will overthrow the cruel leaders and create a democratic society far away from the rotting lab, where Pokemon can enjoy the freedom of the wild.}

Appearance:
Heise is like any absol. Having every single trademark like them. Including her rough, yet feathery white coat. A long fluffy 'mane' hanging around her neck. And then the bluish black claws, tail and horn^(?). Her face matching her other blue parts. Red, glowing, blood-thirsty eyes. But all around, like most absols, she had a slim build. Meant for agility. Her flexibility helps her most certainly.

_{Actually, Sleepy, I might assign higher roles when we're far enough into the roleplay. It'd be more realistic for the Alpha (a.k.a. me :P) to see how well a Normal is and assign him or her to a higher class than to just reserve it for members who appeared first. It's more fair that way.}

_{Accepted. It's okay for there to be more than one Pokemon of a species, but I recommend you be diverse with your characters and use some Pokemon that aren't as well known. :)}

_{That's a good point. Endo would only care about someone else if they had similar attributes to him and he found them to be useful. Even then, he's not friendly or compassionate in the least towards them, and would only fake it if necessary.}

_{Oh! And I think I want to add "Sexuality" to the form. It'd be important if the character in mind were different, like how I think Endo would be asexual because he finds "excitement" in manipulation and finds sex to be boring in comparison. He'd only do it for reproductive purposes.}

Species: Smeargle

Gender: Female

Personality: Spot is a very fearful pokemon, always slinking around so that others don't notice her. She often believes others are out to do her harm and this causes her to be very stressed when she's around them. This doesn't last long if someone's nice to her, as she warms up quickly. At the slightest raise of one's voice, however, she then reverts back to cowering and apologizing. On the inside, Spot can be described as being very ignorant and misguided about the world, but curious. She is a sensitive, sweet pokemon despite her situation and just wants to be accepted by others.

Appearance: A scruffy-looking, malnourished female. The "paint" on the end of her tail is charcoal-black. Her coloring is that of a normal smeargle except for a couple of black spots on her hind leg.

Hikou is very commonly referred to as "that guy". Now, the seemingly simple phrase "that guy" tends to have very many unique, not-so-simple meanings. This particular version of it means "that guy with no friends", or "the guy who's alone but not lonely". Contrary to common belief, however, the latter is not true. Believe it or not, the noivern does want somebody to care about him-- he simply isn't sure how to go about starting the process. That is why he normally keeps to a shadowy corner, all by himself, waiting for something to happen. When he gets orders, he answers them with polite obedience, and doesn't ever try to stir up any trouble, therefore the rest consider him boring and plain. Hikou speaks in the same polite, intelligent tome, even if he is insulted. It is in fact very sad that he acts like this-- inside, Hikou is a dreamer, with wild ideas constantly running in his head. If someone was able to melt the ice around his heart, they would be rewarded with a loyal, brave friend.

Hikou looks just like a regular noivern, though slightly smaller than average. He wears a bracelet with a teal stone on his right hind leg. He hasn't told anybody why he has this peculiar accessory, though he might reveal it later on.
