    "The second matter is that I've taken Autumnbreeze as my mate, meaning he is now in command as well as I." Spottedwind mewed

    Firepaw nodded, "Then you might."

    Firepaw nodded approvingly before disappearing up the tree to the medicine cat's sleeping quarters

    "A third matter is that I am now carrying Autumnbreeze's kits." she mewed happily

    Mericlekit wondered if she would become the med. cat apprentice, now.

    Autumnbreeze took a step backwards, in joyful shock. Him, a leader? And better yet, he and Spottedwind were to bear kits together!

    Spottedwind smiled, glancing at Autumnbreeze

    Spottedwind flicked her ear to dismiss the meeting.

    Firepaw jumped out of the tree and started heading towards camp entrance

    "Miraclekit! Wanna jell me collect some herbs?" Firepaw called from across the clearing

    Firepaw nodded, "Stay close." he warned and padded through the entrance
