Karliah watched the smoke, it soon closed in on her body and within a second the smoke blasted into Karliah's body. Sending a large shock of power through her body. Karliah gritted her teeth, feeling the pain. It was like pins and needles, but more violent. Karliah waited until the job was done, holding back a scream of pain.

Dwane waited, watching a few other people in the room either walk towards the door or watch it.

Karliah's hair faded to black, her eyes no longer blue. They were now a dark amber flame color, the color it would get when she was mad. When it had finished, Karliah leaned against the wall, catching her breath and taking in the pain and her new abilities.

Dwane walked to her and smiled. "Oh good, you alive." He said nonchalantly. He looked over his shoulder to the people behind him.

Karliah gave a nod and let out a sigh of relief that the process was over. "So I'm a dark wizard now?"

Dwane nodded. "yes."

"What now?" Karliah asked pulling hair out of her face and placing it behind her ear.

"Now, you learn to use your powers." Dwane said, "although if your tired, you can rest."

"I'm ready when you are?" Karliah said, determination in her voice.

Dwane nodded. "Im ready." He said, standing straight and moving to the door.

Karliah followed close behind.

Dwane exited the building, walking behind it. A few others quietly watched them go.

Karliah followed him, closing the door behind her.

Dwane stepped back. Behind the home was a small group of trees. He pointed to them.

Karliah walked ahead of him a little, gazing up at the trees.

"Do what you can do." Dwane said, "Its best I don't tell you your basic abilities and have you learn them always."

"Um. Ok." Karliah said over her shoulder, stepping deeper into the field of trees. When she was little she would always set trees on fire and watch them burn before burning the next. Karliah opened her hand and formed a dark orb, fire surrounding it. She swung her hand back and shot it at a tree. The orb shot the tree down, the wasn't big but it wasn't small either. Karliah smiled turning to the next tree.

Dwane watched, surprised she could use so much power so soon. While it wasn't to much, it was still quite impressive for the time.

Karliah walked deeper slashing and destroying trees with her new powers as she went, not knowing that Dwane was still watching or that he was still even there.
