  • Swallowing back the bitter taste in his mouth, Tyler absent-mindedly cupped a hand behind his neck. "First question, you are too good for me." He began. "Second, it wasn't really love I was looking for... I don't know how to explain it Lacy-lue, it was more of... The thrill of it all? No, that's not right." The brunette sighed, just wishing he could speak magic words. Make her come back to him. Glancing up, Tyler stopped in his tracks. "Oh my..." Stopping the curse that nearly fell from his lips, the male felt his chest tighten. Ashley was walking up the sidewalk towards them. She still hadn't noticed them though, her eyes were so tightly glued to her phone.

OOC: Is this okay if I do this?

  • "Tyler, what's wrong?" I asked. I looked in front of us. He was looking at a girl staring at her phone. "Is that Ashley?" I asked. I began to tear up yet again. She was beautiful. No wonder he cheated on me with her.

  • At the sound of her name, the girl glanced up. Immediately, a wide smile spread across her lips. "Tyler!" She exclaimed, jogging forward to greet him. The blonde's eyes closed as she tried to kiss him. "Um, Ash-Ash... Ashley..." Tyler stuttered, gently pushing her away from him. Ashley's brown orbs widened with hurt, a frown pursing her lips. "What's wrong?" She asked quietly. Just then her gaze drifted over to Lacy. "Who's that?" She asked, narrowing her brown eyes in slight disgust.

  • "Goodbye, Tyler." I said. Tears streamed down my eyes as I turned to walk away. I should've known better than to try to talk to him. He obviously isn't over Ashley.

  • "The love of my life." Tyler said in answer to Ashley's question. It was difficult for him to say the words, knowing that he'd be breaking two girls hearts as soon as the words slipped out. Sure enough, Ashley's lips parted in horror. "What!" She squeaked, wavering her gaze between Tyler and Lacy. The brown-haired boy just stared at his hands, fighting the water that threatened to warm his bright blue orbs.

  • All I could do was run. I ran for my life it felt like. Tears falling and crashing to the ground. I finally collapsed on the ground. I'm sobbed uncontrollably. All I really wanted was to die. Yeah it's dumb to say that over a boy, but I mean it.

  • "Well, the 'love of your life' just freaking ran away!" Snorted Ashley, placing her hands on her waist. "Tyler, explain to me what's going on." She commanded.
Tyler swallowed thickly and ran a hand through his thick brown hair. "I-I can't... Come on, I've got to catch her..." He stammered, turning. He began to jog after Lacy. "Tyler! Wait!" Ashley called after him, starting to jog too.

  • I heard footsteps hitting the sidewalk. I looked up, it was Tyler and Ashley. I stood up as the got closer to me. "Just please, leave me alone." I begged as tears kept racing down my cheeks. "Please." I begged onceore. "You two are obviously happy together, so can I please be happy by you two leaving me alone?" I begged. I fell to my knees. I felt so week. I burried my face in my hair and sobbed

  • "Can we please just all talk about this?" Asked Ashley, flipping her blonde ponytail over her shoulder. "I have no idea what's going on!"
Tyler barely allowed his blue eyes to glance at the girl in the strappy black dress. "Lacy, please. I love you so much, more than words can tell. Do you remember when we first met?" He asked, his voice shaky.

  • "Right now, I don't want to remember how we met." I sobbed. "And I loved you too, but you cheated on me. I trusted you." I cried again. "And I definitely don't want to talk with Ashley." I said not looking at them.

  • "Cheated!" Gasped Ashley, turning her brown gaze on Nicky. "Nicky, I know you didn't cheat on me, baby. Come give me a hug."
"Ashley, no." Tyler snarled, a sob racking his chest. He turned to face the blonde girl. "I didn't cheat on you. I cheated on her, with you." He explained softly, pointing a finger at Lacy. The blonde's face paled as she stared at her thought-to-be boyfriend. "Nicky," She whispered.

  • "You two obviously need to work this out, so I'm just gonna go." I said. I stood up and dried my eyes. I started walking the other direction sobbing lightly.

  • Tyler couldn't handle it. Why had he cheated in the first place when he knew all along that it was Lacy that he wanted most? Half-turning to Ashley, Tyler mumbled, "Yeah, you were like my side-chick." Then he turned and raced after Lacy. Pausing a few paces behind, the brunette weakly extended a hand. "Do you still want me?" He asked, voice cracking partway through the sentence.

  • "I don't know." I said a little above a whisper staring at the ground. I didn't want to look at him, but I knew I still loved him. Did I want him? "Tyler, you know I still love you. But right now, I don't know if I want you." He said with my voice cracking.

  • "Tyler, I just need time." I whispered. I looked up and our eyes met. Our eyes met like the first time we met or maybe like our first kiss. He had such beautiful eyes and I had forgotten what they looked like.

  • I didn't know what to say. I was still in love with him, but I was hurt. "Thank you." I finally said. I turned away and wanted to walk away but I just froze

  • OOC: I see what you did there hehe

"Tyler, I'm afraid." I said just above a whisper. I didn't know what to do or what to say. I stood there without moving.
