    The Doctor walked to her and gave her Aiden then went back to the detective and grabbed his hand. That's when Nova appeared only for the detective, no one else could see him "he's lying to you detective"



    The Detective's eyes shifted to the woman, curiousity deep in the dark depths. Fey gently lifted Aiden and began to nurse him, murmuring to him gently.

    The Detective shook his head, looking at the other and gently kissing him, "No... I'm going to go start breakfast; how about you and Fey get to know each other more? You haven't learned much about her."

    The Detective slipped off to the kitchen, waiting for Nova. Fey gazed up at the other and smiled.

    Nova walked into the kitchen "we'll it start, I'll tell you how I know. I can hear everything the tardis hears when I'm in physical contact with and-" she jumped "physical contact" She walked closer to him "The Doctor doesn't know what to do, he doesn't exactly love you but he's scared of you"



    The words made the Detective's heart sink, the male looking down, "Scared..." He trailed off and shook his head, turning away from the woman and begining to cook breakfast. He didn't say anything else, trying not to cry.

    She bit her lip "he does care about you though, he's just...lost so many he loves so it would take a wrecking ball to get him to love again. That and you kind of forced him to have a child so he can't leave you. He's lost too much family to lose this one



    "Leave." The Detective's voice was rather broken, pained, and mourning. He didn't look at the woman, too pained to do so.

    The Doctor had walked into the kitchen casually then he looked at the detective "Detective!" He ran to him

    The Detective refused to look at the Doctor, the tears still falling down his face, "I thought you truly loved me..." Trailing off, he looked up at the man, "You will love me, Doctor.... One of these days.... You'll love me." He closed his eyes and drew his knees close, resting his forehead against them and falling silent.
