"what happened? are you okay, ava?" she didn't hesitate to ask, frowning at the sight. the tabby got into a lot of things lately, but that didn't affect the amount of concern she had for her sister in any way. it was still blood anyways, right? so it was still an injury no matter what she thought.

"please don't think like that. i do love you as a sister whether or not by blood, and lilystar does want you, as hard to believe as that may be. she's the clan leader, so... so she has more things to do than you could imagine. but that won't ever change the fact she loves all her kids a lot, all the same amount," bry rambled on quietly, hoping something she had mentioned would get into whirlwind's head. how many kids did lily have again? like, a million?
