Echo slightly blushed and smiled back, Nodding in agreement. He closed his eyes and soon feel asleep.
Vearn sat over at the lake once again, Not seeing that CarmonClaw was hiding behind the tree. So, Feeling safe he layed down,"Ah, Quiet...finally" he purred closing his eyelids and falling back into a deep slumber.
Daydream awoke to a new day, she stretched out noticing young echopaw was still fast asleep, daydream took a happy glance outside the med cat den. Soon she had noticed the entire clan was al meowing about freshkill being tastier.daydream slowly got up as a leaf slowly fell on her nostril' she smiled and padded going to taste the fresh kill herself.
Vearn yawned but flickered his ear to see EchoPaw scuttle into the den."Oh, Hello EchoPaw. Is something wrong?" he asked, tilting his head to the side."Oh, Yes! Yes! The fresh kill pile is even bigger than before! and even tastier. I don't know how but its wonderful!!!" EchoPaw screeched out excitedly. Vearn's ears perked in shock and he then nodded happily, following EchoPaw whom was racing across to the pile where all the cats gathered."This is like a clan gathering! It must be really good for all of them to be there". He sat down and asked,"So, How tasty is this pile?" soon MetalFang, BridgedStone, CarmonClaw, WarrenSail and DolceKit all answered at once, "Wonderful!" they mewed. Vearn smiled and decided to try some for him-self, and taking a small bite his eyes widened."Oh, Indeed this is beautiful!" he then answered with a happy expression on his face,"This Is amazing! Now whatever happened and whoever did this I thank them." he purred out, all of the cats nodded and began to eat, He noticed DayDream and nodded a friendly hello,"Hey, After you've finished eating wanna head to the den and chat?" Vearn asked padding back to the den to watch the rest of the clan, In wait of DayDream to come. When they finished the cats all began to do their daily routine so Vearn layed down as he watched DayDream pad over, He smiled and sat up.
Daydreamer politely padded into the den when vearn asked her to, she sat down and glanced at vearnHm? What do you want to talk about vearn? she mewed to him hoping for a positive response
"I'm not sure, Maybe what to do for the clan meeting that I'm deciding to host today." he purred out, his tail flickered around, sometimes gently bumping DayDream on the back."Maybe I should get a deputy. But I'm not sure who." Vearn thought for awhile,"Maybe CarmonClaw, Wait. NO! Not him! He might play around with his harassment games...Then, Who...BridgedStone? Maybe, Juust Mayybee.." His face slightly smushed up In deep concentration. He snapped out of it, Laughing nervously,"Hehe, Uh Well. Maybe BridgedStone. I'm not sure." He mewed out, still in thought as he gazed into the distance, accidently facing DayDream, Seeming like he was glaring at her in a happy tone.
[shadow=red,left]"Hahaha. Cats? What a pleasant surprise."[/shadow] A deep, raspy voice cooed out followed by a menacing chuckle. Soon a White Blood-stained snout creped out of the shadows from the Misty woods. It watched the two cats chatting from inside a den. It's face was soon visible, a grin planted onto his face, saliva and blood ,from another animal, dribbled from his maw. Excitement started to gather in the beast, his monkey-like white tail swayed, grabbing onto a branch, breaking it and held onto it. The giant creature soon exposed his whole body from out of the darkness and was soon headed to the two cats. A grin that lusted for murder and the added screams that would be there with the mixture to the sound of him tearing through their organs and the sound of the oozing red-crimson liquid. The creature started to secrete the bubbled saliva out from his mouth, his body shaking in joy of finally going to kill something after two days.[shadow=red,left]"Finally, Finally, Finally!"[/shadow] He screeched out, His eyed slightly twitching as the rest of the lurking monster's body seizures up into a frenzy. His six emerald-green eyes pin-pointed the exact way to torture the felines. A laugh escaped through the maw, his optics glazing at the male,white Turkish-Angora cat, his grin surprisingly grew as that was his target, after that the female was next.[shadow=red,left]"Huehue...hehehe..hahh...hhhaaaa!!!"[/shadow] he bellowed as he lurked into the shadows behind the cats, awaiting for the right moment to strike.
Daydream glanced nervously at vearn she just wanted to rap her paws around him and say I love you! She nodded as he said bridgedstone,Better than bloody carmclaw! she hissed as she spoke the name. ThAn her ears flickered to the side, instantly she got up and stated at the forest.
"Yes, Better than hi-" he paused as he too felt the sensation of someone watching them. He stood up and glared into the misted forest, focusing on the 6 glowing dots.
Grinning licks his lips as he noticed that they were facing in his direction. A loud, but low pitched, chuckle escaped through his maw as he sped up to the felines. Like lightning he hopped up and around obstacles. He stopped immediately in front of the cats and glared at them as drool dripped out from his mouth.[shadow=red,left]"Well, well, well. What nice sight you both have. My name I-I-I-is Grinning. Its nice to meet you."[/shadow] He excitedly cooed out, his tail lashing around in the air.
