“ My… it seems you lot have quite an unusual destiny lying before you. Hehe… ”

“ My name is Igor... I am delighted to make your acquaintance. “

“ This place exists between dream and reality, mind and matter… ”

“ Generally speaking, only those that have formed a contract are allowed to visit this room. But I see all of you have yet to make a contract, though yet you have come here. Which means that you will be given the chance to make a contract in your near future. ”

“Now how about we do a reading. With these same cards, though yet the result is always different. Now, shall we? There are cards positioned representing your past, your present, and your future. Let us see what your future holds… ”

“ Hmmm the Tower in the up-right position… represents the immediate future. It seems a terrible catastrophe is imminent. The card indicating the future beyond that is… ”

“ Hmmm the Moon in the up-right position… This card represents "hesitation" and "mystery"... Very interesting indeed. It seems you all will encounter a misfortune at your destination, and a great mystery will be imposed upon you all. ”

“ In the coming days, you will enter into a contract of some sort, after which you all, one by one, will return here. The coming year is a turning point in all of your destinies… ”

“ If this darkness goes untouched, every one of your futures may be forever lost. My duty is to provide assistance to our guests to ensure that does not happen. ”

“ Ah! I have neglected to introduce my assistants to you. These two are Nanimonnai and Ushinatte. They are residents of this place, like myself. ”

“ We shall attend to the details another time. Until then, farewell… ”

"Welcome to the Velvet Room"

Here is the Velvet Room, the place were Personas are both and made. This place is were Igor and the twins, Ushinatte and Nanimonai, reside. Also a place were Igor can summon you if he wishes to converse with you, or if the twins have some information to share. Summons usually happen pulling you from your dreams, though you can go to the Velvet Room in Person.

The Velvet Room, appears to be like the inside of a clocktower. With a smaller clock face on the inside for "repairmen" to fix the larger face on the outside when needed too. The chain gates keep anyone from going towards the clock's face. Like it is hiding some big secret. Though with Igor always there, along with the twins, it is difficult to see what would be behind it. To get to the Velvet Room in person it requires taking an alleyway behind Big Ben and going in through the door in the alleyway. Which will easily take the one who enters to the Velvet Room. Though those that don't have the ability of Persona never can, and cannot see the door.

Ushinatte (meaning lost) and Nanimonai (meaning nothing) are like Margaret, Elizabeth, Theodore, and Marie in the original games. They tend to the Velvet Room and offer sly advice on the side when and if they want to. They are fraternal twins, aka. twins that do not look alike, and both of them appear to be about seventeen years old.

These events do not take place in Japan, this time around. Our setting for this tale will be none other than London, England. The places are, and not limited too.

Shopping District
One place with plenty of local shops placed together. Like the Me Amor Dress Shop, Parker Market best for fruit in the warmer seasons, Milard Bank, The Armory a decent shop for weapons along with armor when needed, Le Couture a more wide spread clothing shop, and Takcan Medical where healing herbs and liquids can be bought.

Alicard High School
Alicard High School is were our characters are going to school during the year. Which happens to hold it's own amount of rumors as well. Rumors of ghosts haunting the school along with strange things that happened ever now and then. The latest one being about a ghost girl being summoned by a certain amount of movement in class room A-3 (our character's home room). There is a second floor, though all classes are mixed grade for homeroom, after homeroom all grades are divided into different classes. B-1 and B-2 being junior classes. B-3 and B-4 being senior classes. A-1 and A-2 being freshman classes. A-3 and A-4 being sophomore classes.

Kingston Academy
Every school as a rival, and this one is Alicard High's rival. Kingston Academy is a spoiled rich school that only the best of the best go to. They have the toughest curriculum since Everton. Where in their school it's every student for themselves. Along with they happen to be one of the only schools that can kick someone out if the please.

District de Apartmente
This district is all the apartments in the city, technically were everyone lives. Or at least almost everybody. Some live with family out of the main town, others live on their own in their apartments. Though here it most of the apartments and living spaces in the city. Only a block or two away from Alicard High.

The Catacombs/Sewers
The Sewer lines can be easily accessed from any manhole in the city. Which after some snooping around can lead to the Catacombs. The Catacombs is were the Shadows are, or at least the entrance into their world. Which explains the number of people who have gone missing in the city over the last few years. Through the entrance down there, you can find yourself in the Shadow world. Which looks like a labyrinth in itself. A never ending underground maze with no end. No one knows what is at the depth of this maze, though so far no one has been able to see what's beyond the entrance. And there were non-Persona users. But still, if people can cross into the Shadow's world through the Catacombs that means that Shadows can cross over into our world. The weak non smart shadows usually can get through though never leave the Catacombs. Though the intelligence one, can make their way to the surface and hide if they wish. Though the extremely intelligent ones can hide in plain sight and masquerade themselves as humans. Though appearing human takes a lot of power to do, which only the top of the top of the Shadow food chain can do it.
