  • A memory clicked in his head as the thoughts of last night creeped into his mind. "C-Cai, I-I gotta head out. I-I forgot somethin'!" He stated as he started to walk towards the door, his tail flickering slightly.

  • Caius watched Tyon leave, feeling his smile fade into a frown. He laid back down on his side, facing the window. He watched the light from outside, hoping it would brighten up outside.

  • He quickly folded his ears back so they looked like they were apart of messy, spiked up blonde hair. He hid his tail in his pants, wrapping it down his legs. He whistled a little bit as he strolled into a nearby village, where a shopcart was. He checked to see how much money he stole. 150 gold(50$). Good enough to buy something kinda fancy-yet-cheap. He strolled over to it, gazing at the merchandise. He noticed a weaponry one and walked over to it, a black case with a gold handle of a sword, and gold dragon on both, the case and the sword catching his attention. The Travelling Merchant followed his gaze and smirked. "You want this 'n sword, here?" He asked, taking it off a wooden nail. Tyon nodded, and got out the leather bag of 150 gold. "H-How much is it?" He asked, tilting his head. " 200." He merchant said, the smirk still there. Tyon frowned, sighing. "Well...How much gold you got?" He asked, eyeing the leather bag. "150 Gold." Tyon answered, his hopes slightly spiking up. "I don't do this often, but, i'll give it to ya for the 150. Consider yourself lucky." He laughed. Tyon grinned "Deal." He put the money on the wooden slab, where the Merchant, in return, gave him the sword. Tyon grinned "T-Thanks!" He jogged off, smiling faintly as he approached the palace.

  • Caius had eaten his breakfast already, growing concern in his chest. He kept telling himself that if Tyon wanted to live on his own, that was his problem. He fiddled with the sleeve of his shirt as he dressed, wondering what he had in stock for today, trying not to let his worry upset him. The neko had made an imprint on his heart, and wherever he was Caius hoped he was okay.

  • He quickly walked through the palace, getting lost a couple times. He smiled when he opened the door, to reveal Caius. "H-Hey Cai! I-I got something f-for you!" He stated, grinning. His tail slithered out from his pants and began to wave happily. His ears perked up from his hair, flickering slightly. He closed the door with his foot, realizing that someone could see him and turn him in.

  • Caius jumped, hearing Tyon speak. He couldn't help a subtle look of relief to hit his features when he turned to look at the Neko.
    "You got me something?"He echoed in confusion, why would Tyon spend his money on him?
    "....What is it?"

  • {waah what took you so long? owo}

    He grinned as he walked a little closer to Caius. His grin never faltered ashe showed Caius the Sword that was currently still in it's case. "I-I hope you like it..It cost me 150 Gold!" He admitted, his ears folding back. His tail flickered slightly, blue orbs swimming with nervousness and happiness.

  • (Yeah, sorry! I had to go to my Aunt's at nine and I just got back)

    Caius' eyes widened as he took the casing from Tyon. He examined the sword without taking it out, almost afraid he'd break it.
    "That's quite a bit..."He mumbled, though it wasn't really to him. Caius glanced back up to the fox boy, smiling a bit,"You didn't have to do this, Tyon..."

  • {It's fine, I just got a lil' bit worried, thinking you might've got in a crash ^^'. Heh, I always worry about stuff like that :3}

    He rubbed the back of his neck, his grin fading into a smile. "W-Well I wanted t-to show you m-my gratitude, for not calling me a B-Bad O-Omen!" He chuckled, his tail swaying behind him happily. His ears perked up slightly as the nervousness faded away from his blue orbs.

  • (Well, I'm back now!)

    His expression shifted into a thoughtful look, smiling a bit.
    "Thank you Tyon, I appreciate it,"Caius said in a low voice. He gently set the sword down across the arms of his chair, turning back to Tyon,"But you didn't have to do that, I was just being a decent human being... If you want, I could give you back your money,"He offered hesitantly, knowing he couldn't have a lot of money.

  • He shook his head, his ears twitching slightly. "No, you don't need to! I-It was worth it!" He grinned, his tail still swaying happily. His ears flickered slightly as his blue orbs glowed with happiness. His tail started to curl and uncurl the air, suddenly having a mind of it's own as it was apparently clingy.

  • "Are you sure?"Caius protested,"It would be no issue! I don't want you think you need to repay me..."

  • He nodded his head. "Y-Yea, I don't need anythin'!" He insisted, his ears folding back down to his head. His tail kept curling and uncurling in the air, flickering slightly. "/Strange..I usually want something in return..Ah, guess things change.\" He thought, shrugging mentally.

  • "Alright,"Caius murmured, "Thank you, still."He gently scratched Tyon's ears a bit, smiling brightly.
    "What am I going to do with you..?"He whispered, more or less to himself. As long as his master kept away, there would be no issue, even if that issue would be easily resolved.

  • He shuddered, the feeling still new to him as he began to purr. He closed his eyes, his smiling never fading as he leaned into the hand scratching behind his ears. "Y-You're welcome, Cai!" He grinned, his tail finally stopped curling and uncurling.

  • Caius increased his scratching vigor, watching Tyon's face with interest,"So, what do you want to do? U could probably get you here as a servant at the worst, or I could give you a lot of supplies and let you go off on your own?"

  • He shuddered once more, his face visibly showing happiness and a bit of pleasure. He hummed softly "/Well, I could try to clear my name...No, that wouldn't work.....Would it..?.....\" He thought, before deciding. "I-I rather stay here, and s-serve as a s-servant." He purred out.

  • "Alright, maybe you could be....be like a pet or something? So not too many can see your ears?"He offered tentatively, scratching still. Caius hoped he wouldn't upset Tyon, he only wanted to make sure he was safe. It was strange having someone else in his room for so long, he was used to being the only one in here for years at a time. But it was nice; having another presence in his quarters was calming.

  • He debated on the thought. "Hn...I-I guess that'll be the best so far. I-I rather not be turned in and be yelled as a Demon.." He muttered the last sentence, his ears perking forward slightly as he kept leaning into the hand, purring.

  • "You don't have to, i-it was only a suggestion...."He pulled away his hand, instead turning back to the sword. Caius gently took it out of it's holding, looking at the blade with peaking interest.
