  • He nodded as he grabbed the bowl. He took a sip from the metal spoon and smiled. His ears perked up slightly as he soon finished the soup. "T-Thanks, Caius. I haven't had food like that in ages!" He grinned, a purr-like noise escaping his throat.

  • "Well, I'm glad I could help,"Caius smiled a bit at the sound of purring, "So... How long have you been on your own?"He asked tentatively. The situation was mundane and calmed at the moment, but he was trying to figure out what he would do with Tyon.

  • His blue orbs darkened. "I...I've been on my own since I was born, in a way." He frowned. "But, on my own as if by my self? 5 months. With the Slave Owner? Nine Years. With my Parents? 8 years." He admitted, whimpering slightly as he curled up on the bed, nuzzling his face within the pillow.

  • "Oh, sorry I asked,"Caius mumbled, setting the bowl back on the table and walking towards his wardrobe. He pulled off his jacket and shoes and set them away neatly.

  • He shook his head. "No, it's fine." He smiled, before yawning. He nuzzled his face into the pillow once more, purring softly. "Thanks for not treating me like a Bad Omen.." he purred, his tail unwrapped itself from his leg. His tail curled and uncurled in the air, wanting to curl around something.

  • "Yeah..."Caius eased into the chair near the window, taking a deep breath. He let his head relax back against it's plush fabric, sighing. He couldn't imagine the hell Tyon went through, though he'd be the firt o admit he'd rather stay ignorant to it.

  • He gazed over at Caius. "Caius, you ok?" He asked, a bit curious on why he was looking out the window, and how he wasn't tired. Oh yea. He didn't make a living of stealing. His ears twitched as he lifted his head, his tail still curling and uncurling.

  • Caius opened his eyes a bit, "Yeah, I'm fine,"He sighed, shifting a bit. Everything was calm and quiet, the sun finally dipping behind the horizon.

  • He yawned as he gazed out the window. He shuddered as he noticed some dark clouds but ignored it, nuzzling back into the pillow. He let out a small 'yip' before he tried to drift off to sleep, hoping that a storm wasn't going to hit.

  • Following Tyon's gaze to the window, Caius sighed and stood up and pulled the shades together over to block out the light. He lit the candle on the table next to his chair, taking a book from the shelf below it.

  • {Sorry, power went out for a few o.o'}

Tyon tossed and turned in his sleep. He growled, whimpered, and cried as the same nightmare haunted him. He first got the nightmare when he was 8, and taken away by the SlaveOwner. It started once a month, but quickly esclated to two times per. week. It was always about his friend and him playing, then suddenly calling him a Bad Omen. Then his friend got killed, and everyone was blaming him. And before he woke up, he saw "I Hate You Tyon" In his friend's own blood. "I'M SORRY!" He yelled as he shot up in a cold sweat, panting. His ears folded back as a few tears streamed down his cheeks, his tail still for once.

  • -No worries-

It had been at least an hour, maybe longer, and it had begun to rain out. The water hit his window with loud splats, an occasional clap of thunder. Caius had been enveloped in his book, regardless of the hundreds of times he had read it previously. Hearing Tyon's cry, he jumped with a gasp of breath. His eyebrows pulled together with concern, but Caius sat still, worried that if he tried to comfort the neko it would only scare him more.

  • He let out a shaky yelp as Thunderclapped. He whimpered as he sat up, his arms crossed over his knees as he buried his face within his knees, shaking. "I-I'm Sorry, Ray....I-I didn't mean for you to die..." He shakily whispered, tears slipping down his cheeks.

  • Caius sighed, standing up. He set his book away and blew out the candle, slowly making his way to his bed. He sat down hesitantly, extending his hand to rest gently on Tyon's should. He didn't say anything at first, deciding it was best just to stay silent for now. Poor guy...

  • He lifted his head up a bit, so his blue orbs could be seen, slightly red from the tears. "He died b-because of me..." He muttered, his tail trying to curl around Caius for comfort. He whimpered and shut his eyes tightly as thunder boomed.

  • Caius slid closer to Tyon, letting his tail do what he wanted.
"Who did?"He immediately regretted asking. He tentatively extended his arm, wrapping it around Tyon's shoulders.

  • His tail wrapped around Caius' waist, tightening slightly. "R-Ray. H-He was my first friend..He didn't think I was a Bad Omen, cause of my Fox ears and tail.." He sniffled, whimpering as he relaxed a bit, feeling a bit safe that Caius was close to him, and had his arm around his shoulders. He cringed as the thunder boomed again, whimpering slightly louder.

  • Caius' face twisted into an empathetic expression, he pulled Tyon closer to him. He couldn't figure out what to say, so he stayed silent. Curiously, he reached up with his free hand and delicately stroked the neko's ears, aiming to calm him as the rain continued to fall.

  • He shuddered a little bit at the touch, a weird feeling rising from his system. He didn't know if it was because no-one had ever touched his ears before, or something else. He shrugged it off as he leaned into Caius, a fluffy feeling was slightly making it's presence known in his system, but he again, shrugged it off. He let out a small purr as he felt more calmer and safer, nuzzling his face against Caius' shoulder.

  • Caius shushed him gently, continuing to pet the fox-boy. He offered him a kind smile, holding Tyon in a close hug. His attempt seemed to be working a bit, so that was good.
