You really have seemed to outdo yourself this time and have impressed one of London's underground factions. Congrats! That must mean that you have spectacular talent in an area that our underground factions deem useful. Now, I'm sure you have quite a few questions, so let me get them out of the way as soon as possible. Firstly, I work for the faction recruiting system as a freelancer, so after this meeting, you will not be seeing me again. Each faction is its own separate beast and they all work on their own, but you will be selected to be a candidate for a faction of my choosing after a brief survey. After you are assigned a faction, your training will begin, and allow me to warn you that each faction's training is as grueling as the last. The three factions are as follows: the Divine Legion, Kingsman, and MI6. Each have their own way of dealing with criminal activity, and they are all quite different. You were chosen because we believe that you have great potential to become an agent in one of the faction's ranks. Because you were chosen as a candidate does not ensure that you will become an agent within the ranks of your faction; meaning, they have every right to send your ass back home if they so desire.[/fancypost][align=center]

Since we will need members who trust each other in such a dangerous situation, we have brought in a myriad of candidates who will be assigned to the different factions. True they'll all undergo training for their assigned faction, but the faction candidates will all train together to build up trust. What danger, you ask? There is a rich man named O'Malley who is manufacturing microchips to implant into people's brains. The danger here, is that the chips guarantee you free phone calls for the rest of your life. Sounds wonderful right? Almost too good to be true, which is the issue here. O'Malley is a charismatic Irish man who's been involved in a few criminal issues in the past. He escaped all the charges and quickly rose to public power as a celebrity. Something is brewing under the surface, which is why we need new agents and a larger faction force.[/fancypost]

We are constantly scoping out all of the United Kingdom for new talent, but keep in mind that our factions are housed in London(the poor city's almost not big enough for three powerhouses). We're looking for talents of all kind, but mainly those that would help you in a spying situation. Yes, we're recruiting spies here, amazed yet? You were most likely chosen for your quick wit and ability to combat dangerous or fast-paced situations. We're mainly looking for those who are adaptable for our factions. Once we have an acceptable amount of kids, we go through our next selection process. Narrowing down which of you don't really belong here and also which faction you belong to. After you are assigned a faction, you will head to them and train hard. Most of you will not make it through the training process, as each faction usually keeps a maximum of three candidates. Now, I'm sure you're just buzzing to know more about the factions, right? Allow me to elaborate on them.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:488px;][justify][sub][color=white]The Kingsman are the definition of gentleman, but don't worry ladies, there have been female Kingsman in the past. They walk around in sharp suits and try to constantly be on their best behavior. Their code names are all Knights of the Round Table(ex, Galahad, Lancelot, Cador), and their leader's names is Arthur - as in King Arthur. They pride themselves on believing that chivalry is not at all dead and they are the oldest of all the factions. Their affairs are all over the world, but they're mainly situated in London. They don't mind bending the rules a bit, and frankly, killing innocent people doesn't bother them too much. They do their work in the underground of a tailor shop with the name "Kingsman" printed on the front window.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width:488px;][justify][sub][color=white]The Divine Legion is the most enigmatic of all three factions. They're the rough and tumble, the nearly-no ethics sort of group. Their rules are much looser than the other two factions and they wear anything that the members understand to be practical. Their code naming system follows the NATO phonetic alphabet(ex, Alfa, Bravo, Charlie, Delta), and their leader is named NATO. Their affairs deal with only external dangers, their turf is not at all situated in London. They are sort of like your average assassins, but they only bring harm to criminals(they have a strict no-harming-the-innocent policy). They use unconventional methods to try and keep the world safe. They house their business in an abandoned(yet lavish) factory from the Industrial Revolution era.

They're the ones who play by the book and are your typical James Bond type of agent. They dress in suits and sophisticated clothing and their code names are all a set of three numbers(ex, 007, 394, 927). Their leader is named 999 and they only deal with affairs inside of the UK and London. MI6 makes its agents follow a strict set of rules, since MI6 is known to the public. They do their work out of the SIS(/MI6) building, which is near London's city hall. They are the top dogs - the ones who make sure the agencies are running smoothly, so only older positions are available. They are the pickiest of all three factions, so it is an incredible honor to be picked by them.

- Each faction will provide a faction mentor and a weapon's specialist. They are highly skilled members who will work hand-in-hand with the candidates so that they will be guided in the correct direction for their training. They're in place to mentor you, kick your ass, and to be like your second set of parents if need be. But really, they're just there to kick your ass.
- Each candidate will select a pet based upon your faction's rules, this will come into the light much later in your training(Divine Legion get birds(cockatoos, falcons, parakeets, parrots, etc.), Kingsman get dogs(German shepherds, poodles, beagles, dobermans, etc.)).
- Get along with the other faction members, you are all just as important as everyone else and no matter how cliche this sounds, you're gonna have to save the world together.
- Romance is prohibited within the factions, it gets in the way. (breakable)
- Stay your blades and bullets from the flesh of the innocent during your training and your mission. (breakable)
- MI6 agents will be lurking around the training facility in order to help out here and there. They oversee the whole matter and are the top dogs in concern of the three factions. Listen to them, they are your bosses(even more so than your mentors).

- Yes, these characters all have to be smart and talented, but try to have some diversity besides that fact.
- You can play a maximum of two characters.
- We will at least need the two faction mentors and one candidate in each faction before we can start.

BRIEF HISTORY: Milo had a decent upbringing in Cardiff, Wales, with the cliche filthy rich parents who gave him everything. Specifically, his mother used this act quite frequently as she loved Milo, but didn't have the time to schedule him into her glamorous lifestyle. His father was the one who really cared for Milo, but the man was almost constantly away on his job(whatever the man did, Milo had no clue, but he just had a hunch that his father was a good man). Milo was eventually sent off to college in Oxford as a 19 year old, which was right around the time he was approached by the Kingsman.
