(Uh...I feel sick to the stomach just doing this cause Rangi is my baby, my most important character, my muse, my creativity...but...as with all things good, he had to come to an end. I've started to hid a brick wall with him and when I put on his suit and get ready to write as Rangi my fingers just froze on the keyboard unable to come up with anything, It's frustrating and It's getting me angry at myself and by inability to write. So it is with a really heavy heart that I am doing this. Maybe after a couple of months I will come back...maybe as Rangi, maybe as some other character. Just know that I am still on this site but won't play Rangi anymore due to my muse death of him. I love the Skulls and all of you amazing people so if you ever need anything from me don't hesetate to hit me a pm, perhaps I can still offer some assistance to the Skulls through plot ideas, events and so on cause I really want for the Skulls to become more active and I would hate it when I come back to see it only a ghost of it's former self. I won't stretch this any further so let's get on with the show 8))
Oh boy! It's time! It's finally time! It's the day of the wedding and Rangi is up in the clouds right now. He spend the entire morning being pampered by Pink, Orange and Blue cause he send Purple and Yellow over to Rosen's room, he can't have his bride looking like a homeless person. The tricky part of cleaning his fur from the dirt, leafs, twigs and mud that he usually has gathered took hours to do and his poor painted companions feel worn out. Luckaly for them, Rangi has a flock of birds that are more than eager to take over the next step. The painting. As a Swahili, Rangi decided to throw in some of his peoples traditions in the wedding and a part of that is for the groom to be painted over to show his happiness and resolve for the oncoming event.
It's now well in to the afternoon and the wedding should be starting soon. Rangi, colored like a rainbow slowly started to make his way towards the mansion and up towards the room that he and his fellow Skullers managed to clean for this event, a small velvet box in his maw where he holds the ring for his mate. But, along the way, something caught the dogs attention.
Stopping in his tracks he lifts his gaze to see the most beautiful flower he has ever seen. Deep blue in color just standing by itself at the edge of a tree branch dangling over a rushing river. A wide goofy smile spread on the dogs maw as he thought "OH gosh! that flower is perfect for Rose! It's a sin to pass it by!" He drops the velvet box on the ground next to the tree and leaps up, clawing at the bark and slowly making his way up. With a couple of huffs and puffs, he managed to get up to the branch, flattening himself he crawls to the tip where the flower was and as he was inching his way forwards the thin branch started to shake more and more due to the dogs weight. Rangi on the other hand payed it no mind, he only wanted to get that flower for Rose.
Outstretching his left front paw he gently grasps the flower by the root and a wide smile spread across his maw "Gorgeous" He whispers as he tugs it out of the branch. But just then, the branch gave way and Rangi found himself falling down to the quickly rushing river. He lands with a splash, the branch falling on top of him smashing his ribs. Panicking, Rangi quickly swam upwards to get some air but the current of the river was too strong it kept pulling him down. He screamed but nobody could hear him, he tried to claw at the bottom to force a stop at walk up, but all he managed to do is make his paws bleed. Just then the current smashed his head up against a sharp pointy rock knocking him out of consciousness and his body limply traveled down the river being harshly pulled by the strong current. Blood soon oozed out from his wounds contaminating the water and the proud paint that he colored his pelt with got washed away like a forgotten memory.
The only trace of him left is the small velvet box that he left at the bottom of the tree and the gorgeous blue flower gently lying next to it in a immortal show of love.
