Kyo blushed beneath his orange fur "because I like you Tohru...more than I should. D nd it won't work because I can't hold you close or anything without becoming a cat and if my bracelet were to fall off...well...you've seen it" he whispered, glancing away with a quiet sigh. "I love you, Tohru"

Tohru's smile was wider than ever and she hugged him close, whispering "I do to. "silent tears of joy leaked out of her eyes, and she hugged him, her heart thumping erratically. "I do to."

Kyo blinked with a small smile "I know...I heard you least night" he murmured softly and left her grip with a grin as he changed back and quickly got dressed. Returning to her side, he turned her so her body faced his and gently kissed her lips with a soft smile.

Tohru blinked, then kissed him back, as the sun set. Beautiful colors streaked across the sky, but Tohru had closed her eyes, in a kind of heart thumping, giddy bliss.

Kyo pulled away from her lips with a blush on his cheeks and a smile on his lips. "That was...nice" he blinked with a small shrug and stroked her cheek lightly "go on to bed, I'm going to stay up here a little longer" he smiled

Unwilling, Tohru looked at him for a moment more, then went downstairs. Saying goodnight to Yuki and Shigure, she headed to her room.

Yuki looked after Tohru and opened his mouth to speak. Though he quickly closed it and sighed. Following her up to her room, he took a breath. "Miss Honda? May I speak with you?" He called softly.

Turning around, she asked "yes? Is there something I can do for you, Yuki?"

"W-well..." Yuki began and walked forward, taking her hand lightly with a light blush. "I wanted to know if you'd allow me to takr you on a date tomorrow evening?" He asked softly, looking into her eyes with a bright smile. "If you're busy it's fine. I just wanted to see if you'd like to come.

"A-a date?!" she stammered Oh no! Kyo... "uh, " she really wanted to get out of the situation, but wasn't sure how.

Yuki blushed "Yes, but like isaid....you don't have to" he murmured disappointedly and let go of her hand, giving Tohru a smile. "Still, please consider it, Miss Honda" he said softly "goodnight" he blinked before heading to his own room to go to sleep

Tohru almost wanted to go talk to Kyo, or Yuki, and apologize. Following him, she said "Yuki? Al-alright, I'll come." heading back to her room, she felt hollow inside. "I'm sorry, Kyo." she whispered. Climbing into bed.
Tohru was surrounded by Yuki's and Kyo's. They all yelled at her "Why not me? can't you see this hurts?" (this is in dreamland, if you hadn't figured it out.) They all grew angry, then surprisingly, cried. Their tears were huge, and soon, she was in an ocean, and she rocked about on the choppy surface.

Kyo woke the next morning. Sheesh, he must have fallen asleep on the roof, his back was killing him. "Ugh, hopefully that girl woke up and had made breakfast." He mumbled and left the roof, peeking into Tohru's room. He smiled to see her asleep and shook his head, heading downstairs. "Hey Shigure! Heat up that food Kagura made, she's still not awake!"
Shigure blinked. "Why can't you call her Tohru or Miss Honda. Why do you call her just 'she'?"
"Do I need a reason?" Kyo muttered and glanced out the window. "I'm going to head out. See ya later" he mumbled and left the house with s sigh. Yuki and Tohru's conversation, he'd heard it. Dammit! Why did he have to lose her to him! As he walked through the forest he kicked a tree, tilting it with anger.

When she woke up, Tohru felt awful. Hearing Kyo leave, she got up and tried to stop him, but he was long gone by then. Feeling her heart sink, she struggled to keep a smile on her face. "Morning, Shigure." she said. "Would you like me to make breakfast?"

Shigure smiled brightly "Sure! That'd be great, Tohru" he smiled and smirked. "So, I heard you're going on a date with Yuki today hm?" He blinked, looking after Kyo. "Because if I heard it last night, I'm certain Kyo did too"

"Oh no!" Tohru's face drained of color. " Poor Kyo! I need to go talk to him!" running from the house, she plunged into the forest. Soon thereafter, she smacked into a tree and knocked out cold.

Shigure smiled, watching Tohru leave with a sigh before grabbing the breakfast Kagura had made.
Kyo was walking through he forest when he heard a bang and glanced over his shoulder, seeing Tohru out cold on the floor. With a sigh, he walked over and gently picked her up in his arms. "Stupid girl..." he whispered, walking back to the house where he set her down on her bed with a sigh. Gently, he kissed her lips lightly before turning to leave, his hands in his pockets.

Blinking open her eyes a little later, Tohru sat up. "Kyo?" seeing the flame haired love of her life standing a little bit away from her, she got up and hugged him from behind. "I'm sorry. I just couldn't say no to Yuki... it'd hurt his feelings, but now it's hurting your feelings, and if I say yes or no to one, the other's be hurt." a tear slid out of her eye as she sat on the step, stroking Kyo's fur.

Kyo blinked as he changed and looked at Tohru before glancing away as she spoke. "Tohru...I don't know.." he murmured with a shake of his head, jumping out of her hold. "If you're scared to tell Yuki that you're taken, we shouldn't..." he whispered, closing his eyes as he glanced away.
