    Tohru blushed and grabbed a modest blue dress. Changing, she returned (with lots of *youre so adoreable*ing from Aymae) "how does this look?"

    Kyo opened his eyes, looking at Tohru with a blush. "I um...you look nice..." he blinked, glancing away with a soft sigh "you can wear it out" he blinked and looked at Ayame, paying for the dress, he grabbed Tohru's hand and walked towards the house. "That little brat Momiji better not be at the house again. Why's he always coming over anyways?"

    Tohru shrugged "I don't know, but it will be so nice to see everyone again!" Tohru especially wanted to do something useful.

    "Sheesh, you should learn to relax. Take a break. Come up on the roof with me for a while" Kyo sighed with a shake of his head. "We've managed this long without you, we don't need you to do all that stuff for us anymore" He muttered, glancing away before looking away. "W-what I mean is that you don't have to work all the time! You just need to..take a break. You're looking pale again, and you haven't even started working"

    Tohru blushed, wondering how he knew about her need of working, but then agreed. "ok, I'll come on the roof." she smiled, and took his hand.

    Kyo blushed as she took his hand, glancing away with a shake of his head. "Alright, come on then" He mumbled, heading up to the roof as they arrived home. He wasn't in the mood to see the others. "Come up whenever you want! I'm not coming down until the others go to sleep!" He called, laying on his back as he looked at the sky with narrowed eyes.

    Worried, she almost followed him when Shigure and Yuki appeared.

    Kyo blinked and glanced down with annoyance when he saw Shigure and Yuki. Frowning, he turned away and lay on his side so his back was to the ladder that led to the roof.


    "Oh, Miss Honda, hello! I didn't think you were coming back home until tomorrow" Yuki greeted Tohru with a smile. "Where'd that stupid cat go? I know he went to visit you"

    "he's on the roof." she explained, smiling, but she hoped "were you two fighting when I was gone?" she hoped not, one of them was going to get really hurt.

    Yuki chuckled softly and shook his head. "Well, i'd hate to worry you, but since you asked..." Shigure started and frowned as his mouth was covered. "No, Miss Honda. We didn't fight because we knew it'd worry you. You were under a lot of stress already" Yuki murmured softly and gently took Tohru's hand. "Come inside, it's going to be late soon and you need your rest" He blinked, leading her inside the house with a soft smile.

    Tohru almost huff ed. She needed to make dinner! She needed to do the laundry! But she didn't instead, she smiled and went inside.

    Kyo watched as Tohru went inside and closed his eyes with a heavy sigh. It was a nice night and he wanted to share it with her. But Yuki had to take her from him. Again. "Damn rat..." he muttered, rolling onto his stomach with a sigh.


    Yuki gave Tohru a soft smile. "Kagura took care of everything while you were away, laundry, she made dinner too for a few days so I'll bring your dinner up, alright?" He smiled, heading to the kitchen.

    Tohru blinked, then said "would you mind if I went out and sat with Kyo for a while? I didn't really get to talk to him this afternoon." Smiling, she headed back outside, then frowned. Had she hurt Yuki's feelings? Feeling awful, she went to the ladder. "Kyo? Would you mind if I came up?"

    "Go ahead, do whatever you want" Kyo mumbled, turning his gaze away as he sat up, looking at the sky. Lightly, he bit his lip. "Yeah...you can...come here" he whispered, glancing down before looking at Tohru. "I thought you were really going to let him take you from me again" he blushed with a tiny smile, looking at the black and white bracelet on his wrist.

    Climbing up, she rested her head on his shoulder."I only just got to see you for the first time in nearly two weeks!" Smiling, she took his hand, hers looking tiny and frail in his.

    Kyo blinked and squeezed her hand, giving her a soft smile. "Not my fault, your friends wouldn't let me come see you" He murmured softly and reached up, lightly stroking her cheek with a soft smile. "Listen..." He whispered, his smile fading. "What happened that day with Akito...I'm sorry. I should have done something but I didn't...I just froze up. So...I'm sorry" He apologized, squeezing her hand tightly, looking into her eyes with gentle eyes.

    "Hey, it's ok." she replied, hugging him. Freezing, she looked at the at that was now sitting in her lap. "I'm SOOOOO sorry!!!!!"

    Kyo blinked his red eyes up at Tohru with a soft sigh. "It's alright, don't worry about it " he mumbled, glancing away with embarrassment. In all honesty, he was going to kiss her, but that would have caused some problems and he'd probably regret it later.

    Tohru blushed, looking away. "I keep forgetting..." she rubbed his ears, but her mind wandered. She thought about the first time she'd ever seen Kyo. she'd fallen over and made him transform. Unfortunately, she made Yuki and Shigure transform too, and she completely freaked out.

    "You should get that memory of yours checked in that case" Kyo d mi led lightly and purred softly as she rubbed his ears. "Tohru....do you like Yuki? Or anyone else?" He asked softly "because i-" he was cut off with a loud crash down inside the house. "Because I-" he was once more interrupted. Flattening his ears with annoyance his hissed "forget it! Just go inside and go to sleep" he muttered, walking to the edge of the roof before sitting down with a quiet huff.
