  • He sat up when she left. He groaned slightly annoyed with himself. He knew he wanted the baby but he didn't want the baby to deal with his past. He felt like the baby would be in danger with Kyle around. "God what do I do?!" He whisper yelled before holding his head up in his palms. He felt horrible and couldn't find an answer in his mind.

  • Lucy blinked and wiped her eyes as she lifted her head. She had to be with him. Because she never knew when she'd see him next. No matter how angry he made her, or how hurt she felt, she had to be with him. Otherwise, she'd receive on a broken heart from the whole fiasco. Slowly, she head back upstairs and froze when she saw Kyle, his face in his palms. "Kyle..." She whispered and moved to sit beside him, resting her head on his shoulder. Closing her eyes, she gently held his hand. Look at us....all because of me... She thought, holding back tears before turning so her eyes lay closed against his shoulder.

  • He looked over at her as she held his hand. "I... I don't know what to do..." He said as his eyes got blurry from tears wanting to come out. "I can't stay or yous will be sucked into my horrible past. I don't want yous to get hurt. But I don't want to leave. I never felt like this before... I just don't know..." He said with a shaky sigh before looking back to the floor.

  • "Nothing will get me hurt..." Lucy whispered, sighing softly as she squeezed his hand. "And nothing can make me hate you enough to leave your side. Because I love you. Only you." She blinked comfortingly and placed a soft kiss on his cheek before hugging his arm, sniffing lightly. "I keep thinking about tomorrow...you really killed all those people?" She asked softly and nuzzled into his shoulder. "I don't care...because I still love you. It's in the past. You hear me?" She whispered

  • He looked at her again with a small nod. "Yea... Yes I did kill them... I don't understand how you love me enough to stay…" he said obviously confused on her love for him. "I don't want to turn myself in. We both know no lawyer can erase the past..." He said as he looked at her.

  • "I know you don't want to..." Lucy took a shaky breath as she spoke "but it's the right thing to do you know..." She whispered, leaning against his chest. "I'll be at your side. You know that." She sighed, opening her blue irises to look at Kyle. "I'm not saying this as an agent...I'm saying this as your girlfriend. You don't have to, but I want you to consider it. It might put those families at peace." She bit her lip, hoping he wasn't angry with her.

  • He closed his eyes and wished he could disappear. He didn't say anything as he sat there. He took both hands and ran them through his hair continually trying to stay calm. "I know..." He said as he pulled away from her farther before turning on his stomach on the bed while burying his face in the pillow as some tears pushed through.

  • Lucy opened her mouth to speak again, but as he moved away, she blinked and crawled beside him, sitting close with a sigh. "Kyle?" She asked softly, gently massaging his back before placing a small kiss behind his ear. "I understand if you don't want to talk...goodnight..." She blinked and moved her hands away from him reluctantly, laying on her side so her back faced Kyle.

  • He punched his eyes closed as he hid his face in the pillow. After a while of silence he decided he shouldn't blame her and he should comfort her. He took a breath and looked over to her before moving close behind her an wrapping his arms around her gently pulling her against his chest. He kept her close while running a hand over her stomach gently with his fingers showing he did want the baby.

  • Lucy blushed, feeking his arms around her before letting out a soft sigh of content. Tilting her head back, she smiled and lightly kissed his cheek, becoming comfortable in his hold. "Goodnight" She murmured softly, slowly drifting to sleep.

  • He kissed her cheek with a small smile and he continued to run his fingers over her stomach. "Sleep well." He said and he looked at her trying to stay awake so it wouldn't have to end but eveńually he stopped running his fingers over her stomach cause he fell asleep.

  • Lucy's pulse was racing as she sat up. Glancing over to Kyle, she breathed a sigh of relief. Her d4eam was so real....so vivid. Trembling, she lay back down and buried her face in Kyle's chest. She was terrified of what would happen if he left her side again.

  • He felt her move but was too tired to get up with her. The minute she laid back down and burried her face in his chest he wrapped his arm around her and kissed her. "Morning." He said in a tired voice.

  • "Good morning...did I wake you?" Lucy asked, tilting her head back to look up at Kyle. "I'm sorry...go back to sleep, and I'll go put together some breakfast." She grinned and climbed out of bed. Gently, she placed a kiss on his cheek before heading to the bathroom to shower and throw on proper clothing, a nice, comfortable, and casual outfit. Placing a hand on her hip as she left the restroom, she smiled at Kyle with a tiny shake of her head before heading downstairs.

Humming softly, she cooked omelets for herself and Kyle. Flipping their food onto separate plates, she started to carry them upstairs, but sighed as the doorbell rang. Who could that be? Setting the plates down, she strolled over to the door, looking to the peephole, she gasped softly and stepped back from the door, covering her mouth. Taking a breath, she gulped before opening the door. "Ferris....?" She whispered and backed up as he came towards her. "No. Stay away from me. What are you doing here?"

"I came to win you back, Lu. I heard you were supposed to be putting that Thompson guy away, so I went to the agency, found out where he lived, and came to see you." Ferris chuckled softly, wrapping an arm around Lucy's waist to pull her closer. "You know breaking up with me was a mistake, don't you?" He blinked, smiling lightly as he placed a kiss on Lucy's lips.

"No. It wasn't. You're a jerk, Ferris. Dating you in the first place was a mistake. Besides, I'm with someone else." Lucy mumbled, pushing her ex away. "Leave. Now." She frowned.

    "You're with someone? Who?"

    "It doesn't matter."

"It's Thompson, isn't it? He's a criminal Lucy! He's using you for his personal gain! Does he know who you work for?"

"He does. And he loves me regardless. And I love him. Now, leave. I'm not in the mood to deal with you today." She whispered, rubbing her arm as he let her go, stepping away from her.

"If he lays a hand on you...you know my number. Understand? It's for your own good." Ferris blinked, slipping a hand into his pocket. "And if you deleted it, here." He smiled, handing her a business card. "You do now." He blinked and stepped forward, placing a kiss on her cheek.

  • He fell asleep to the sound of the shower water in the bathroom but when he heard someone else downstairs with her yell criminal he quickly got dressed and went down the steps quietly. He looked in and saw a guy near her. He was thankful thy hadn't seen him or heard him as he stood there. He only saw the last part where he gave her the business card and kissed he cheek in a somewhat flirtish way. Kyle glared at the man once he stopped kissing her cheek. He cleared his throat. "Excuse me. Did I interrupt something?" He asked with a glare. "Is appreciate it if you kept your distance from her." He said as he glared at him.

  • Ferris blinked, slipping a hand into his pocket with a soft sigh. "I was just leaving" he murmured softly and gave Rosa a warning look. "Just...consider it." He smiled lightly before leaving, closing the door behind him.

Immediately, Lucy ripped the business card and dropped in into the wastebasket. "Thank you...I don't think he would have left had you not come down..." She murmured, gently pecking Kyle's cheek before hugging him tightly. "Umm, breakfast is ready. If you're hungry that is." She murmured, biting her lip lightly before heading to the kitchen to sit at the table and eat her own breakfast.

  • He sighed and kissed her back before following her. "Yea im hungry." He sat across from her and ate. "So mind telling me what that was about?" He asked in between bites. He kept looking at her as he ate waiting for an answer.

  • "In all honesty? No. I'd like to keep you out of my relationship with Ferris. He's my ex-husband who wants me back. That's all there is to it." Lucy blinked and shook her head with annoyance before quickly stuffing more food into her mouth to avoid the conversation. "My business with him is none of yours. I can handle myself." She sighed and gulped down her glass of orange juice.

  • He raised an eyebrow and ate some more food before talking again. "Hm ok, but once I turn myself in today I can't help you anymore for obvious reasons so if you want help with him or anyone ask me now." He said as he looked at her.

  • "N-no!" Lucy shook her head quickly with a tiny smile "I don't need any help..." She whispered and closed her eyes as a sigh escaped her lips. "I can't believe...I won't see you for years..." She whispered and slumped onto the table, laying her face flat down on the table, closing her eyes with a sigh.
