  • Name: Lily Gold
    Age: 17

ooc: post a pic of your character, your characters name and age and jump right in! (btw your character can touch Lily :))

Lily sat on the busy street corner, her short cropped hair was a mess. In her skinny, gloved hand she held a cup and beside her sat a sign that read "money please" in neat hand writing. Her eyes where trained on the ground. After the people she called parents kicked her out of their home for being a 'monster' she had lived on the street. It has been four months, 124 days, since she was home, in her bed. It had been 145 days since she tried to help that little boy up from the ground when he fell, when his own mother just screamed at him to get up. His big brown eyes where filled with tears and he could get up, he was only two. She just wanted to help him, and she ended up nearly killing him.

Her skin is poison. Who ever she touches, she drains there life force. She cant touch anyone, and no one dares to touch her. She wishes it hurt, that when she touches someone, it made her scream in pain. But, it doesnt. It makes her feel powerful and warm. She doesnt want to pull away.

    "I'm a monster.." she whispers

  • Name: Kyle Lee
    Age: 18

Kyle walked down the street in his usual Osiris shoes, jeans, white T-shirt covered by a long sleeve flannel open buttoned down shirt. As he walked he noticed a girl on the corner not to far from where he now stood. He read her sign and walked towards her while pulling out his wallet. He always did this and even though people scolded him for giving money away he did it happily. He handed her two ten dollar bills and looked at her as she looked to the ground. "Here." He said as he gave her the money with a small smile on his face.

  • Lily looked up from the pavement and green eyes met brown eyes. She was shocked. No one had ever given her this amount of money before.
" I can't take this much..." she said, her voice was soft, her lips lazily made their way around the unfamilar words. She never spoke to anyone.
Lily put the cup down, even though her hands where gloved she was scared that some part of her poison skin might touch his.

  • He shrugged and continued to look at her. "It is yours." He said as he gently but surely grabbed her hand and put the money in it so she would have to take it. He let go of her. "Don't deny perfectly good money." He said to her with a wink and a smile. "So whats your story anyway? Loose your job? Loose your apartment? Or what?" He asked her while looking down at her.

  • Lily's breath hitched when he gently grabbed her hand and put the money in it. I wish he could touch me. She closed her hand around the money and while trying to conceal the blush that filled her cheeks.
As she kept her eyes glued to the ground she said quietly "kicked out of home...", before looking at him again, thinking he might run away or disappear. He was the first person to talk to her in 124 days and she was scared it was all a dream...

  • He sighed at what she said. "And why would anyone kick you out?" He asked unsure if he should be worried of the answer or not. He could tell something was bothering her so he decided to try and cheer her up. He could never stand seeing someone upset. "Do you want to walk with me? We can grab something to eat if you want." He offered with a small comforting smile in hopes of her saying yes.

  • Lily nodded "yes... please" she said with a smile tugging on her lips. She slowly stood up and picked her half empty cup off the ground. Lily crossed her hands over her chest and smiled at him lightly before saying "I'm Lily by the way.."

  • He began to walk with her down the street. "Well nice to meet you Lily by the way" He said with a small laugh as he walked. He looked over to her with a smile. "I'm Kyle." He said simply while putting his wallet into his back pocket again. "So why did they kick you out?" He asked as he looked at her.

  • Lily smiled when she wanted to frown. That sort of question wasn't one for polite conversation. So instead of answering it, and sounding crazy, she avoided it. "Well, Kyle, that sort of question isn't one you explain in polite conversation, I'll answer it once we are more acquainted. " she said, her voice was strong, almost bold, as a play smile tugged on her lips.

  • He lifted an eyebrow to her with a smile. "Hmm ok then. What would you like to talk about?" He asked while running a hand through his layered dirty blonde hair, brown at the roots but gradually changing into a blonde color.

  • Lily looked at the at the ground a smiled before bringing her eyes up to his, "do you always give people on the street twenty dollars?" she asked, while looking in a shop window she noticed her reflection. Her hair was a mess, her clothes where filthy and she was covered in a thin layer of dirt. Lily briefly tried to fix her hair, before giving up. It was a lost cause.

  • Kyle thought for a moment before shrugging. "Yea, I guess I do." He said as he looked at her while she fixed her hair. "Now asking them to walk and eat with me... no never have I done this before." He said while walking.

  • Lily looked at him, "well, thank you. No one has ever showed me this much kindness before.."she said quietly, her eyes once again glued to the pavement.
"where are we going anyway, Kyle..?" she asked and looked at him.

  • He looked at her with a small shrug. "Its no big deal." He admitted as he walked. He then smiled to her question and looked at her. "That's the real question isn't it?... Well if you ask me, I think it doesn't matter where we are going, it only matters where we are." He said while looking at her.

  • Lily smiled at him, but it soon turned into a grin.
"wow, thats deep. You've put some real thought into that..." she said teasingly while running a hand through her black and messy hair. "well then where are we?" her eyes darted around the steets, she never left her spot where she usually sat, she was concerned that they where lost.

  • He laughed and acted insulted. "Well then..." He said seriously but soon broke into a smile. "We are walking, on a sidewalk, next to the road, its crowdedish, there are cars driving, we are in a state, oh and did I mention we are on the world?" He said with a smirk.

  • Lilly laughed, a real propper laugh. God, she missed the feeling of being carefree.
" Oh wow!" she giggled " I had no idea." Lily returned his smirk with a smile.
"So... Kyle... is there a 'love of your life' in your life right now?" she asked while looking around

  • He loved making people laugh. He laughed with her and smiled towards her with her with a raised eyebrow. "Someone just gone personal." He said with a small laugh and then looked up towards the sky. "A 'Love of my life' huh?... Not that I know of yet. But even if there was I wouldn't tell her. I'd rather surprise her or wait to see how she feels. I don't want to end up being in love with someone who hates my guts and is only nice to my face." He said as he looked from the sky back to her.

  • Lily smiled " I'm not good with small talk.." she said with a rosie blush on her cheeks. She nodded along as he spoke, her eyes glued to the pavement until she felt his gaze on her and met his eyes with hers.
    "yeah.." she said quietly

  • He smiled to her as their eyes met. "So now that you asked that personal question... What about you? Do you love anyone? Like your forever love?" He asked while putting his hands in his pockets.
