Reason for being in asylum
Dan believes that there is no human on this earth that is here to do good, no one can be a good person in his eyes. He trusts no one, causing him to be rather violent and aggressive. He bites, scratches, kicks anybody that gets remotely close to him. Due to all this, people are afraid of him, also as he has Tourette syndrome which means he twitches and swears a lot.
History
Dan grew up with no friends, he wouldn't let people near him, nobody. He would either bite them, scratch them or kick them. He refused to talk until the age of 5, which is when his Tourette's started. He was put through mental help at the age of 6 for around 3 years, until he was moved to the asylum for therapy at the age of 9. He would twitch and swear and when people got close he would bite, kick and scratch anyone. He would constantly yell at them to go to hell where everybody belongs, he believes there is no heaven and everybody is bad. Due to all this, his whole family abandoned him, leaving him with no choice but to be kept in the asylum.
Personality
There is not even one ounce of trust in this man, nothing. He will only talk to people that he feels the slightest bit comfortable around, until then, he's silent. He tends to scare people off with his constant yet sudden twitching and swearing which he can't help. He hates touch from anyone, if you dare get close he will bite you or scratch or sometimes kick.
