Reason for being in asylum;
What was considered stalking, but to him was just returning love.
He assaulted a boy's parents (read the sign-up post for the details that Sparkle specified) and he has broken into countless homes to reach his 'one true love'. The magistrates thought that his erotomania would be able to be contained in a normal prison, but then Cael tried to break into one of the magistrates' home, because she had smiled at him. This effected the case, and Cael was sent to the asylum. He was 13 and a half.

History;
Cael was born to two loving parents, Mairead Quinn and Theodore Cester. When Cael was a young child, only three or four, his father was killed while on a tour of service in Afghanistan. He became depressed, and erotomania symptoms began to appear. They've gotten worse ever since his mother also passed away.

However the video is more an obsession with someone, whereas Cael's erotomania is that someone loves him, so he must return the affection.

Reason for being in asylum
Maya was raised in a small farm town. After countless months of attacking, killing, and eating livestock she was deemed mentally unstable. She has severe autism, which explains her growls and wolf behaviors.
History
In her early childhood, Maya was fascinated with all animals. When she played house with her sisters, she would be the dog or cat. Somewhere around the age of seven she began to display signs of severe autism, such as hand flapping and repeated behaviors.
When she was ten, Maya became infatuated with wolves. She refused to learn about anything but wolves. She began to bark instead of talk, and flip onto her back when being punished (when a wolf flips on its back it means its showing submission). She was withdrawn from school to meet with numerous psychologists and psychiatrists.
When Maya was thirteen, she killed her first animal. By that point she only talked in growls, chirps, shrieks, and howls. She was then admitted to this asylum. Maya has been known for chewing through the strait jackets and chewing at the rooms, desperately trying to escape.

Maya is typically reserved, but is not very quiet in any way, meaning she likes to hear herself make quiet wolf noises, and has attacked people before. She doesn't know what is right and what is wrong. She is vicious, but likes human contact, especially nibbling hands and fingers. She is proud, but not arrogant. She hates books, paper, pencils, basically anything to do with writing, since she had long forgotten how to do these things. She likes quiet voices, since playing as a wolf all these years has actually heightened her senses of hearing and smell. She loves fresh meat, and if it is cooked she will go beserk.
