  • OOC: Dead serious about the requirement. No one-liners unless I know you...

The forest was bright bathed in the sun's light. The lush green light seemed to cover the ground beneath the trees and a light breeze was blowing causing the soft ruffling sounds of leaves being pushed by the wind. a girl sat leaning against one of the trees.

She was panting quietly and her whole body was drenched in sweat. Her eyes were shut tight and her expression was one that reflected agony. Black wings sprouted out of her back tipped with white feathers. Blood seemed to be constantly pouring from multiple bullet wounds on her wing.

Blood was still pooling on the ground beneath her. Her eyelids drooped with exhaustion as she panted heavily. Her skin wasnt flushed as it should be in the sun and she looked quite pale. Then her eyes rolled back into her head and she laid her head back against the tree as she began to lose consciousness.

  • A boy ran through the forest, trying to find his way away from anyone that might be following him. He stopped when he saw a girl not to far away from him. Her eyes were closed and she looked kind of pale. As he got closer, he could see blood all over the ground and he winced slightly. "Are you alright?" He asked, walking up closer to her.

  • The girl had lost too much blood from the bullet wounds in her wing. She could barely hear the boy's voice. She opened her eyes again and blinked. The boy looked blurry through her eyes and she was on the edge of unconsciousness. She closed her eyes again not able to respond.

  • He bite his lip and bent down. "We should probably find you some help." He said, seeing the wounds in her wings. "Can you stand up long enough for me to get an arm around you? Or do you want to me carry you?" He said, looking around quickly. No one was in sight which was somewhat a relief to him.

  • The girl slowly opened her eyes again. She winced as she sat up a little and folded in her wings. She tried to stand up, but she couldn't even will herself to put forth any more energy to her legs and feet. She vaguely wondered how much blood she had lost. "C-Could you carry me?" she asked quietly as she closed her eyes. She felt like she was going to pass out any minute and it wouldn't be any good if she did that while standing.

  • "Yeah, just try to stay awake." He said, picking her up carefully. "Don't fall asleep or anything yet. I will talk to you until we get to someone who can help but you have to at least show me you are still awake. Deal?" He looked around once more, not really waiting for her answer. He didn't see anyone and sighed with a bit of relief. He headed off in the same direction he was headed in and said, "My name is Jay. What's your's?"

  • The girl nodded weakly as the boy picked her up. She felt limp in the boy's arms as he spoke to her. "Aura," she replied quietly. She opened her eyes again trying to stay awake. She blinked as her vision started to get blurry again.

  • "Aura, huh?" Jay smiled weakly and looked down at her. "That's a really nice name." He walked on the rough ground for a few more seconds before coming to a path. He looked around and headed down the path. "But what are you doing way out here and wounded?"

  • "Thanks..." Aura said as she looked up at him. She realized they were on a path now. "Erasers." She figured that would be explanation enough. She blinked and almost forgot to open her eyes again.

  • "Erasers are after you too?" He sighed and didn't feel anymore relief. If they were after her and she had been there for awhile then they might be in huge trouble. "How long were you sitting there?" He asked, glancing behind him then looking back at her. He had hoped he lost the Erasers after him but now he had to worry about the ones after her too.

  • Aura blinked slowly as she watched his expression. She closed her eyes again as she spoke, "I don't know..." She suddenly remembered what she'd seen happen to her flock. "I'm sorry," she said quietly as she still had her eyes closed.

  • "It's okay." Jay smiled thoughtfully. She was getting weaker but she looked pretty. "Don't worry about that right now. Just worry about getting better." He looked up and frowned. He was getting lost already. The house he remember wasn't anywhere close by. He bite his lip in frustration and continued walking along the path. He would find it before she died. He promised himself that.

  • Aura nodded to indicate that she was still awake. She opened her eyes again as she struggled to stay awake. She wondered what lay at the end of this path that could possibly help her. Falling asleep seemed more and more acceptable at the moment. She shook her head in an effort to clear the thoughts from her mind. I have to stay awake.... Her eyes suddenly drifted closed again and she started to lose consciousness.

  • Ooc: Nice! She looks really pretty! :D

Ic: Jay keep walking, trying to find the house he was looking for. "Hang in there." He mumbled, glancing down at Aura. She had lost way to much blood and she wasn't going to make it much longer. He shook his head, carefully setting her down against a tree. "I know this might hurt alittle but we have to stop the bleeding." He didn't want to admit that he couldn't find the house. He took off his shirt and ripped off pieces to put on the wounds.

  • OOC: Thanks :3 sorry for the late reply I was at camp.

Aura barely heard Jay talking. She vaguely made out the words. She felt him set her on the ground and wondered what he would do to stop the bleeding. She opened her eyes again, but they were only halfway open. She winced as she felt him placing the strips of his shirt on her wounded wing.

  • Ooc: It's okay ^^ I've been really busy lately. I have barely anytime to get on this. Which reminds me, I will have to reply later. My dad is kicking me off <.<
