    Deep within the kingdom of Oniria, hidden within the very chains of society is a revolution. The Arisen, they call themselves, after the woman who decided to set things right. Everything, from the crops the farmers grow, to the rocks they collect is dictated by their class. Most of the citizens are living in poverty or prospering in gigantic homes, there were few in between.

    The Highs and the Lows, simple names for both sides of the kingdom. Hardly any of the Lows had homes, and hardly any of the Highs didn't have a surplus of servants. The nation is ruled by an over-bearing king, he treats Lows like dirt and Highs like royalty. The Arisen have decided to put an end to this, to bring the Highs down, and to raise the Lows up, to nail equality into the lives of everyone.


    The Highs have the upper-hand in most everything; court, survival, everything. If a High called you out, and you were a Low, it was basically kiss your freedom (or your life) goodbye, simple as that. Magic is forbidden from all, as is anything against the Crown. It is time for a change, it's time for peace and safety, it's the time for the Revolution.

    Des was born into a High family, so he should have no reason to join the Revolution. However, he's seen his fair share of cruelty. He had a sister, a girl named Avis who was born to his father (a High) and a different woman (a Low). Des and Avis were really close, their father always going away for long periods of time. Avis was Des' only friend. One day, officials stormed the house and killed Avis. Des' father was taken away and Des was left with strangers.

    ~History: Was born into a tiny house with a mom, dad, uncle, aunt, 3 cousins, grandma, and 13 brothers and sisters. Then, in the fire of her village 10 years ago, she watched her entire world crumble. Everyone and everything she knew and loved was destroyed before her eyes. The worst part is, the fire was set by a High fro the Capitol, and from then on she swore revenge.

    ~Abilities: She is quick and nimble, but besides this she has demonic powers that comes from watching more then 10 people die in a period of 5 minutes. Known as 'The Master of Death' to the royals in the Capitol.


    ~Personality: She hates all Highs not on The Arisen. Period. She does not care for fire, but she is fine with Phoenix's fire because she only uses it to hurt others on the other army. She doesn't make friends easily, but once you are friends with her she will lay down her life. She's got your back.

    Les woke and dressed in her usual fashion, which was battle style. Though she never wore armor, her clothing was often tough. She attached her dagger to her belt and walked to the common room.

    Phoenix glanced over her shoulder, acknowledging Leslie witha nod of her head. She returned her gaze back to the book at hand, her legs crossed and her posture slumped. She had read this book countless times, but she liked it, and besides this was her only real free time.


    Ares leaned against one of the broken pillars near the top of the base. His narrowed eyes scanned the horizon, as if searching for something. He knew nothing would be there, at least not right now, but that doesn't mean he couldn't be alert.

    "Hey Ares. Do you want to plan an attack?" she asked the Tactician. "Winter's coming up, the perfect time to strike." The dawn's light streamed through the windows of the ruins. The common room was where they did most of the planning, for no spies for the Capitol were within The Arisen.

    Suddenly, the sound of hooves could be heard outside. A golden horse galloped up towards the gate, it's black mane long and wild. The rider was cloaked in black, hood drawn over their face. Though, a few locks of platinum blonde hair escaped, blowing back in the wind. The horse came to a slow stop in front of the gate, neighing as the reigns were pulled. The rider gave his mount a few pats on its neck, before looking up to see if anyone was there to greet him.

    Phoenix immediately stiffened, quietly closing the book. She stood up slowly, reaching over her shoulder to draw her hood, sinking into it's pleasant fur to hide her identity.


    Ares held up a hand to silence the people behind him and crouched, but otherwise stayed utterly still. His fingers just barely tapped at the sword on his side as he inched further behind the pillar, watching the person as they rode up.
