Indio stood on the high rock that was in the centre of the camp, a slight smirk on his face. "Cats of the tribe, I deliver to you some very very important news..." sneered the Tom. "DeathStar is on his last life. And not only is he on his last life, But he is deathly ill. He might not make it through the night" Indio wasn't deputy. He wasn't even a close friend/relative of the leader. No. He was just a warrior.

    A power hungry warrior.

  • Name: Kitsunefire (I'll add a pic later my tablet won't let me, let's say she's a silver bengal)

Kitsunefire looked up at this tom, one look and she didn't trust him, her fires told her not to trust him either.
"How did this come to be? Surely he is not sick." She questioned.

    //okay

Indio looked at KitsuneFire. "Of course he is sick. Isn't that what I just said?" He snapped at her before Clearing his throat. "I do not know how this came to be." The Tom shook his head. "But while he is on his deathbed, I will take the liberty in making myself a leader. And then, when he dies, We will have proper burial service and appoint myself as leader."

  • Kitsunefire just nodded, she wanted to protest but knew it was a bad idea. She did NOT like his attitude.
Wait this tom isn't the deputy!
"I always thought that it was the deputy's place to take over if the leader can not. Where is our deputy?"

  • [font=georgia][color=peachpuff]Karina: Female Iberian Lynx

[size=10][color=peachpuff][font=georgia]"Why should we make you the leader?" Karina spat at the significantly larger warrior. "You aren't even the deputy, not to mention the fact that your temper is out of control!"
((sorry it's short, pretty low muse at the moment, but I'll get some ideas!))

Indio looked at Karina and then at KitsuneFire. "My temper is fine. I do not know Where the deputy is. But it doesn't matter Where he is." He knew the deputy wouldn't show. He made sure that wouldn't happen.

Reaper, the deputy, entered the camp and saw the clan surrounding the rocks and a very annoyed indio on top. "What are you doing, oaf?" He shouted, putting down the bundle of herbs he had in his mouth.

  • Kitsunefire smirked slightly, "Now you know where the deputy is, are you still going to try to become leader." She looked at Reaper then back at Indio as she spoke.

  • Lokitty says...

Indio watched as Reaper picked the bundle of herbs back up and looked around. "Does anyone know about herbs and stuff?"

Indio cleared his throat. "I actually forgot I have things to do..." he jumped down from the rock. He thought he had got rid of the deputy. But his plan failed. Fiddlesticks!

  • Kitsunefire shook her head and padded out of camp, deciding she was going to hunt. At the same time she muttered to herself, "The nerve of some cats..."

A black weasel that had been in the crowd made his way out of the crowd and over to Reaper, telling him that he knew a bit about the herbs and stuff. Reaper nodded and led him into the leaders den.

Indio made his way to the warrior's den and over to his nest, circling it before flopping down it. His plan failed. Time to come up with a new one.

  • Karina padded into the warriors' den and smirked. "So, Indio," she laughed, "Your plans were foiled once again, no?" She had rolled her eyes and pulled her head upward at the second part, just to annoy the warrior. Annoyance and the like were definitely her forte.

  • Lokitty says...

Indio looked up at the lynx. "I guess so." He knew that she was trying to annoy him. But he wouldn't let it work.

  • Karina frowned at Indio's calm response. 'I was honesly expecting him to lose his cool!' she mused when she regained her composure, then tried again. "Y'know..." she began, "Both Deathstar and Reaper would never choose you to follow in their steps. You're too..." she had to stop and think for a moment, "you're too ambitious."

  • Kitsunefire walked back into camp with some rodents clamped in her jaws. After dropping them of in the kill pile she sat a few fox-lengths away from the warrior den and proceded to clean her fur.

Indio continued to stare at the warrior. Ambitious he was. "Cool..." he replied calmly as he licked his paw.

  • Karina growled softly in the back of her throat. 'Why isn't this working!?' she thought in, quite ironically, annoyance. She then attempted to regain her cool, padding out of the den, though her heavy pawsteps gave away her frustration. She sighed as she came to the den's entrance, then looked over to Kitsunefire. "Hello," the lynx muttered as she sat about a tail-length right of the bengal.

  • Lokitty says...

Indio smirked as he saw her walk away, obviously annoyed that her plan didn't work. "It seems that your plan has been foiled..." he said, mocking what she had said earlier. Well...it was similar to what she said earlier.

  • "Hello, Karina." Kitsunefire greeted the lynx, "I see that trying to annoy that Indio didn't work. I don't trust him as far as I can throw him. And don't let him frustrate you so much." She cleaned her face by swiping a paw over her scarred ear.

  • Karina gave a sideways glance to Kitsunefire before responding. "Same here, about the trusting part, I mean." She continued quietly, "I honestly think something's up. Every day he acts more and more like one of those villains from the stories the elders used to tell us."

Indio rested his head on his paws and watched as the two she-cat's conversed. He watched their mouths move But could hear what was being said. Indio wasn't evil. But because of his ambitions, it made him seem that way. Maybe he needed to make a more realistic goal.
