    Nervously, Mey-Rin moves around the room, cleaning here and there. She tried not to be clumsy, but wasn't doing so well. She hadn't broken anything yet though, which is why Sebastian was still not saying anything.

    Sebastian smiles sweetly at Mey-Rin and Layla. It seemed kind, yet sadistic as well. Mey-Rin jumps when she sees the smile. She knew that if she messed up, she'd be in such big trouble. Oh, why isn't Agni here? If Agni was here, being under Sebastian wouldn't be too bad, especially with Miss Layla here! Agni would be able to calm Sebastian down!


    Ciel, in his study, takes of his eye-patch to call Sebastian.


    "Please excuse me for a minute, Miss Layla." Sebastian bows, leaving the room.


    Mey-Rin sighs, and relaxes.

    Mey-Rin nods. "When Sebastian is in that kind of a mood, he's super scary! You never know what he might do!" she says freely. She looks around, and smiles at Layla. "You should be careful too, Miss Layla. Don't be too curious about the Phantomhive household, or something bad might happen." she winks, before continuing with her dusting. She hummed whilst Sebastian had a meeting with Ciel.

    "curiosity killed the cat afterall. I do find it funny how I seem to be the only one asking questions. They never asked why I was in danger and almost killed "she said aloud wandering about how much secrecy everything was in.

    "They're probably just as curious, but don't want to push you. They want you to take your time recovering, and talk to them if you want to. They can help you, you know." Mey-Rin smiles. "They helped all of us, and we are so grateful."

    Mey-Rin shakes her head. "Nothing can bring the Phantomhive family down. They are the special forces used by the Queen herself. If you think Ciel can't handle himself, you're wrong. He's been in so many dangerous positions, it's not funny. He may act cold, but all he needs is a little bit of live, I mean, he's still just a kid. Yes he acts all responsible and adult-like, but he's also very strong-willed. If he wasn't he wouldn't have been able to survive so long. The Phantomhive's are the Queens personal watchdog. They have the most authority under the Queen herself, and can get away with anything and everything. They have to use any method to complete their task."

    "You wouldn't understand Mey rin This isn't a normal danger. It's something other worldly were the queen means nothing. Ciel is driven by hate, Love won't affect him in anything for only Hate can be ever lasting"she said sternly her smile faded her eyes not focused For only Hate can burn out love

    Mey-Rin chuckles. "You really think Ciel's not right for the task? He's gone up against Shinigami! Trust me when I say Ciel's the most calculative person you'll find, and he has Sebastian by his side, and I can tell you that Sebastian is more than he seems. He is more than capable of taking care of other-worldly beings. Just trust them once, and they won't disappoint. And we, as the household staff can also help in our own way." Mey-Rin smiles gently, taking her glasses off, so Layla could see her eyes were warm and kind. "All you have to do, Miss Layla, is trust us."

    "You'll understand Ciel if you ask him any questions. He trusts you enough not to press you on it. I'm sure he'll tell you about himself if you just ask." Mey-Rin says gently. "It's easy to sympathise with him, but he's very strong and happy a lot of the time... He just closes if you're someone he doesn't know too well..."

    "I don't need to ask any questions, Im sure I know who Ciel is. The problem is..."She sighed "He needs to put trust in people he knows. My past..My life is vague to him even if he would to research no one knows of me anymore. Maybe its for the best"She said it dawned on her how open she was with a maid of all people. Well she had shown Layla her eyes..Yet still

    Mey-Rin giggles. "You think you know about Ciel. No one really knows him but us. And Ciel has lots of ways to get info." Seeing something click in Layla's eyes, she smiles. "Don't worry. I'm not going to tell Ciel anything. Ciel doesn't use us to gather information from people. He does that himself."

    Mey-Rin shrugs. It was going to end up like that anyway. She notices a snake on the ground. That's probably Oscar... she thinks to herself. She sighs. There's no way she'll betray the girl, since Ciel never even asked her to spy.


    Ciel looks at Sebastian. "I think it's time... We can't wait..." he says calmly.


    "Fine, but who will do it?" Sebastian asks.


    "I will. You know I like to do things myself." Ciel says stiffly.


    "Alright, but be careful."


    "She's a girl Sebastian! What can a girl do?"


    Sebastian sighs. "Fine. I'll go make dinner..."


    Ciel nods, and stands up, and walks out of his study. He slowly walks over to Layla's room, and knocks, seeing if she was in there.
