He was on a black mask job to spy on her for weeks and now he's just told me that he went to the king himself and staked his life as a bride price to be married to the girl. He has one year to bring her here and get her to agree to be married or the king will kill him." He told her

He shrugged helplessly, "Kaleb will never see me as anything other than a cur to protect but sometimes I wish he could talk to me about huge things like this." He said softly
