“T’soni?” Mirella repeated incredulously, and after giving the asari another look she gasped softly and took another step in behind Kaya. She put her hand over her own arm and looked down seeming uncomfortable, like she didn’t know how to behave in front of the asari.
the older asari slowly rose to her feet and stretched "hmm you seem familliar young one" she says and smiles slyly as if it was merely a joke "though i dont think i know any one your age with such features" she adds "last time i saw an asari with your markings she was only 2 feet tall and in diapers" she says and chuckles
kaya smiles happily and hugs the older asari "it has been so long" she says seeming excited "how is grandmother doing do you see her often?" she asks and smiles
liara hugs her back "she is doing well. i just got back from lunch with her and your mother- does your mother know you are alright?" she asks
"yes i sent her messages and was planning on meeting with her some time later" she says and smiles "it is so wonderful to see you"
dr tsoni nods happily "you as well" she says then her gaze shifts the the other women "and who is this?" she asks calmly
The human was frozen on the spot in sheer terror for a moment, but once she realized she hadn’t actually vocalized a response she blushed and quickly curtsied. “I- I’m Mirella, my lady. Mirella Gau- …Angioletto,” she stammered. “It’s… it’s an honour to meet you. Thank you for your service to the galaxy,” she hurried to add.
"no need to be so formal" liara teases softly and smiles "and service?" she asks softly and smiles "i was just doing my part like everyone else... the real hero is the (insert gender here) standing on the pedistal behind me
(suddenly shepard jumps down looking older then usual but still in shape) (i was gonna add that as an extra thing but decided not to XD)
(lol! Well who knows with all those cybernetic implants Shep has, yeah? :P Though Mirella would have fainted. xD )
Mirella looked down. “I’m sorry my lady- I mean- miss… ma’am… uhh, sorry, I just wasn’t prepared for this when I woke up today,” she muttered, “and I’m feeling a bit… overwhelmed.” She didn’t say anything else after that, but finally glanced up towards Kaya as if looking for some kind of cue on what was expected of her.
liara chuckled softly and put a hand on her shoulder "you dont need to worry every one gets nervous" she says and smiles happily
The woman nodded slowly. "S..so... Do you live here on the Citadel too, dr T'soni? Kaya just bought her own apartment..." she said hesitantly, not sure if she was allowed to invite the asari to their housewarming, given what she's been told about Naria earlier.
"sometimes" she says calmly "mostly i travel around or live on a ship for my work" she says and smiles "and good for you kaya" she adds "i hope its a good one"
“It… uhm… it is,” Mirella assured her, smiling nervously. “I’m pretty sure Signora here broke the bank to buy it, so to speak,” she joked. The human paused to look at Kaya next to her, but feeling that she wasn’t getting any cues from her, she finally decided to turn back to Liara. “Are you staying on the Citadel for much longer, dr T'soni?” she asked. “I’m sure if there’s time… I mean… I don’t want to get in the way of you two catching up,” she said diplomatically, and then as if to hammer home the point she added: “It’s a very lovely apartment."
liara chuckled "oh i know how much it was. someone had to watch the account while she was gone" she says calmly
"also i think what my friend is trying to say is that we are having a party tomorrow and would you like to come?" she asks
liara jokingly stops to think then smiles "only if i can bring your mother and my daughter with me" she says happily and smiles
kaya looks back to mirella for a yes or no
Mirella looked back with an amused smile when she noticed Kaya's eyes on her. "What are you looking at me for," she asked and laughed softly, "that sounds like a great idea dr. T'soni," she added and turned back to Liara. "I can't wait to meet them, this is going to be so much fun!" she exclaimed happily.
Liara smiles and laughs happily "want me to see what of the crew I can drag in?" She asks and smiles
Kaya smiles happily
(My thought is. Why wouldn't the aliance use lazerous to keep the Normandy crew alive and young? Like wouldn't that make the most sense?)
(Well it's possible! They have to have found SOME use for the technology, so why not that. Also let me know if you want me to play anyone on the crew. :P )
Mirella's eyes widened a bit, but she quickly nodded. "A..anyone you wish to bring is of course welcome," she said quickly. "Hmm... How many people roughly do you think? And will there be need for dextro food?" she added, making sure to collect the information while it was still on her mind.
(Umm hmm well well decide who comes. I got Liara, Shepard, samara, and jack)
"Well mr Vakarian is going to need something now won't he?" She teases and laughs happily "hmm why not everyone including Shepard?" She asks softoy "and how about I tell each of them to bring something?" She adds
Kaya smiles her eyes wide "I actually get to need great great grandpa Shepard (fem)" she seems super excited
(Hmm… I kinda wanna do Joker. :P And is EDI alive in this setting or not? Oh and I could do Garrus as well! Some turian chest-pounding between him and Koti sounds hilarious xD )
Mirella smiled from ear to ear and nodded quickly. “Of course, I’ll make sure we’re stocked,” she said quickly, and suddenly started to laugh. “I’m… sorry,” she muttered in between chocked giggles. “I just pictured the look on my son’s face when he sees everyone. I’m not quite sure if he’ll come inside or try to run for the hills,” she said jokingly.
"Well we could make it a surprise" she says and giggles "me and the crew could come in after everyone else has arived for a nice big surprise" she says and amiles
Kaya nods "that would be amazing! And you could finally meet naria! And soon to be her baby!" She says happily almost bounding she's so excited
Mirella smirked evilly. "Even better," she said. "That would be amazing, and I can only imagine what it would mean for Naria. This will be a memory she'll hold on to for the rest of her life," she said and smiled at Liara. "According to Kaya, she really looks up to you," she added softly.
kaya nods "ever since she watched 'reaper war z' she always used to say 'i cant wait to be pretty and powerful like the great shadow tsoni!" kaya giggles happily "she used to carry around your actionfigure all the time"
liara laughs "reminds me of rila and lia" she says happily
(she named her daughter after rila for samara and samara adopted a baby asari and named her hannah after shepards mother)
"I think she inherited some of the 'commander' shenanigans from the other branch of the family tree as well," Mirella said and chuckled softly. "At least if her baby videos are any indication." She smiled and studied Liara for a moment, still seeming a bit nervous despite her cheerful demeanor. "So… think you can bring everyone over by 6 pm tomorrow, or will you need some more time?" she asked softly.
"Six works prfectly or me" liars says happily "I will have each of ew bring something" she adds (ok short one cause phone is acting up)
