  • "I have to go to home so that Dover can get pictures of me riding and do a photo shoot," Luke looked at her while shrugging, knowing that he didn't want to. "Plus Dior needs worked and Bat needs to calm down. She's in a ridiculous mood now, which isn't good. She's flying soon." He ranted to her a little bit, not really wanting to do any of which he just said.
Eli rolled her eyes, "Jumpers aren't really my thing." She was sure the girls were okay if Will spoke so highly of them, she just didn't really want to talk to them, especially because she knew they didn't know who they were. "Plus Olympians let it go to their head, don't really talk to any of them." She shrugged gently, thinking for a moment, before she focused back on the call.

  • Shiloh turned off the dryer and just bunned her hair, not wanting to finish. "Hey, it's okay, you go be a model, I'll go ride and we can talk later, if your still up for it." She glanced at him when she was down, dark eyes confirming, "Okay?" She smiled slightly. The rider smirked just slightly.

Will kinda gritted his teeth she had shut him down so quickly, he was just trying to be nice, "Yeah, okay. Good luck." He was quiet for a moment, "Well bye Eli, I have to go." Was his response as he lowered the phone so that she could hang up. He went through his internal checklist and ended the call before slipping the phone in his back pocket.

  • "You're supposed to convince me not to go," Luke sighed out, a soft frown on his pink lips. "Please don't make me go. Just use your super stardom to tell them that it can wait forever." He looked at her hopefully, but knew that she wouldn't do it. He wouldn't do that to Dover, knowing that he would look like such a jerk and such.
Eli frowned as he abruptly ended the phone call, wondering what she had done. She heard herself being called to go soon, and was about to put away her phone before it hit her. She quickly sent him a text before setting the phone in her groom bag, turning Bev away to warm him up some more. that sounded rude of me, sorry. it'd be a little awkward if i walked up to the girls and just started talking to them. don't worry, Evergreen, i like your spoiled jumper ass.

  • "Luke, I would if this wasn't such a great step for you." Shiloh smiled, "I would love to have you out with Romeo and I, and you know that, but the media needs a little piece of you, too." She loved seeing the great photos they had of him, and it almost made her a little envious of how handsome he looked, and how other girls were swooning over his photos. But she bit her lip lightly and stood on her tiptoes, placing a kiss on his lips.

Will was downstairs in Shiloh's large cozy home, pacing back and fourth as the cat danced around his feet, playfully. He was just admiring some of the old photos Shiloh had hanging of the family, her mom, the horses, and even the cat, just because, when his phone buzzed. He checked the text from Eli and had to give it a laugh as he typed a quick response, good luck :).

  • Luke sighed and nodded his head, his arms snaking around Shiloh's waist. He gently kissed her back before mumbling onto her lips, "They're making me take off my lip ring." He huffed out softly, not wanting to have to take the small black ring just to put it back in a hour or so later. He leaned his forehead on Shiloh's, bending slightly to make it easier on the both of them.
Eli did some easy circles with Bev, her whole body making it seem like she was only focused on Bev. Honestly though, she was still thinking about Will. She felt a little bad for blowing off his idea like that, but she did have her reasons that were understandable.

  • "Now that just will not do." She responded, through the gentle kisses. She got small chills as his hands crept onto her waist. Shiloh relaxed, always feeling safest in his arms, her slender arms draped loosely around his neck. These were the moments that she treasured. She broke off hearing Will's notification tone, and the vibration against the counter. She laughed a little seeing the text.

Will had himself caught in up in the excitement to see Shiloh and Romeo and how they were working together. The dark bay gelding was a phenomenal horse, with a great personality and Will had personally adored him. But the trainer knew that Shi and the horse would be a perfect match, and there was no room for show fearing horses in a competitive barn. "Whats taking her so long?" He said aloud, to himself. If you two are kissing and wasting my time.... He quickly typed.

  • Luke looked over at the text in interest, but just rolled his eyes instead. He took one arm from her body and grabbed her phone, quickly turned on the camera. Before he could give her much time to think about what he was doing, he pressed another gentle kiss to her lips while snapping a picture. He then pulled back with a grin and sent the photo to Will, waiting eagerly for his response. "Was that a mean move?" He asked after a moment, glancing over at Shiloh. "I feel like it was. Oh well, he has that model or whatever."

  • Shiloh rolled her eyes and headed into her closet to finish getting dressed. She still let a giggle escape about Luke's antics. THrowing on clothes quickly, just jeans and a grey shirt, she headed back into the bathroom and snatched her phone out of Luke's hands. "Don't you have somewhere to be?" She called over her shoulder. "Oh, and that model, just a friend." She laughed once again on her way out the door.

Will received the text and shaking his head with a groan he sat on Shiloh's couch, waiting for her to come downstairs. He remembered what it was like to be as in love as they are, and pushed the memory away. Once he heard footsteps coming down the stairs he shot up.

  • "That's what they all say," Luke huffed out with a grin, following after her. Once they were downstairs he curiously looked at Will, wondering why he seemed so jumpy. "Already, I'll probably catch up with you two later, I'm off to model." He said while rolling his eyes before he headed towards the door, quietly sighing as he swung his truck keys around his finger. He closed the door behind him before he headed down the porch, a soft sigh coming from him.

  • Will stood there with Shiloh as she watched Luke go, and looked away for a second, hearing her front doors close behind him. He shook his head, "You two are something else." He chuckled, remembering when Luke took Shiloh on their first date and they came back, her new dress soaked because a thunderstorm had hit in the middle of Luke's romantic gesture.
Shiloh rolled her eyes, "We'll take my car, keys are on the counter, I'm gonna go put on my paddock boots." She simply ordered out, heading back to the large closet under the stairs.

  • Luke had finished with all the photos and riding a little after three hours had past. He walked smoothly towards his truck, a deep sigh coming from him as he rubbed his own shoulder. He grabbed his phone with his other hand, and just called Shiloh, too last to text for the moment. He wasn't sure if she was going to answer, but hoping she would.

  • ******************
Shiloh and Will were walking together, the brunette had just finished washing down Romeo and letting him out to pasture, and her cousin was very impressed. Shiloh and Ro had done a competitive jumping course and a lot of obedience ground work and she knew Will was very happy with the gelding and his relative. Shi had to stop Will's constant talking for a moment to answer Luke's call, "Hey McDreamy." She answered, ignoring Will's eye roll.

  • "Isn't that from Grey's Anatomy?" Luke asked with a sigh, climbing up into the truck, though he didn't turn it on yet due to not being sure where he was going. "Anyway, where are you at now?" He asked instead, biting his lip as he waited a little impatiently. He couldn't help himself, his ADHD always got to him at the worst time. Plus it didn't help that he hadn't had a pill for the day.

  • Shiloh shrugged even if she was just talking on the phone, "We just finished, I need to pay my boarding fee and then we will be heading out. Do you still want to go out?" She asked knowing that if they were she would have to change out of her barn clothes. She passed a glance at Will as they walked back towards the barn office.

  • Luke quietly leaned back into his seat, a soft sigh coming from him. "I mean, if you're willing to meet up somewhere. I need to go downtown and get some groceries, but if you want to eat somewhere downtown we can do that." He told her, resting his free hand on the steering wheel for a moment. "Whatever you want to do, I'm gonna have to put my ring back in some time too."

  • "Well, you can go run your errands. I wanted to show Will around the property, so we can just have dinner, I'll make reservations when I get home. The cousin is flying out at 4, today." Shiloh quickly summed up, "Love you, bye." She said quickly hanging up with a giggle, and ignoring another eye roll from Will, as she quickly slipped into the barn office, dropping a check on the desk.

  • Luke was about to respond, but rolled his eyes when he heard the beeping on the call being ended. He sighed and started up the truck, turning on his music while putting his phone in the cup holder. It was weird for him not to have his lip ring in, especially when he bit his lip while thinking. He almost felt naked without it, but then had to remind himself he hadn't had it for 22 years.
Eli eagerly grabbed her grooming bag before heading back to the stalls with Bev, automatically calling Will with a grin. She was awkwardly trying to hold the trophy in her arms, along with her bag and her phone. "Come on, Will. I know you have this thing on you at all times." She huffed into the phone, just wanting to share her good fortune with him.

  • They were just climbing into the car when Will's phone started ringing. At first he scrambled, to find it, realizing that he had left it in the back seat, but he did grab it, just in time, "This is William." He answered before checking caller ID, not wanting to leave the person on the other end waiting.

  • "You're going to have to step up your game, Evergreen. I have another Grand Champion adding up," Eli said with a wide grin, listening to the satisfying sound of Bev's shoes on the concrete. "I mean, unless you want to get beat by a reiner, of all things, you might need to get back out in that show ring." She smirked out, smiling at some people who were waving at her.

  • "Well, actually, I have trained riders with plenty of titles." He responded, " Also, I'm just a washed up star. Nobody wants to see my 25 year old ass in that ring, they know that I'll beat them." He made a mental note to check in with Emma later, to see how everything was going, as Shiloh drove back towards her house.
