(Timeskip)
The next morning he woke up to the sun beaming through the curtains. He groaned and rolled himself out of bed. Once up he brushed his teeth and got dressed into nike shorts and a T-shirt with his DC shoes. He didn't feel like dressing up a lot today so he grabbed his books, phone, and wallet and went downstairs to get something to eat.
Virginia wakes up the next morning to her alarm clock. She gets herself some breakfast and gets dressed in a pair of straight leg jeans and a slight fitted top, a quite modest outfit. She puts on a bit of make up and fixes her hair before gathering up her books and her keys and leaving the apartment.
He grabbed an apple and went outside putting his stuff on the passenger seat as he started to drive to school. Once he got there he parked and stayed sitting as he started to eat his apple seeing he was early.
Virginia takes a detour and grabs some coffee on her way to school. She parks and gets out. She leans against her car, looking around at the nearly empty parking lot as she drinks the hot coffee. She looks down at the watch and gets her bags out of the trunk, starting to walk to her Biology class.
He eventually gets out and tosses the apple core at a trash can making it in. "And the crowd goes wild!" He said with a laugh even though no one was listening or there. He smiled and grabbed his stuff before locking his car and walking to Biology. He see's her walking and quickly runs up to her. "Hey" He said with a smile as he walked backwards in front of her with a smile on his face.
Virginia jumps slightly when Kyle suddenly appears next to her. She smiles and takes another drink of her coffee, "Hey," she says with an inviting smile.
He smiled to her as he walked backwards in front of her. "So are you ready for Biology?" He asked ass he looked her over once with his eyes.
"Please don't fall down the steps," She tells him with a warning smile, nodding towards the stairs that are just a few feet away. She could feel him trying to leave an impression on her, "I'm always ready for Biology," she tells him.
He laughed lightly. "I'll be fine." He said and leaned on the railing as he stopped. "I thought you would be." He said with a smile. "Watch this." He said as he took a breath before looking behind him at the steps and facing her he jumped down doing a backflip. He only did it at the short part of the steps. "Bet you can't do that." He said with a smile.
Virginia smiles and shakes her head at his mischief of backflips. "No, you're right. I can't do that," She says with a smile. She walks up the stairs to meet him at the top.
He laughed gently. "By the way. I am never doing that again." He said with a laugh as he began to walk next to her again. "So what's with you and... God I forgot his name..." He looked at the ground and bit his lower lip trying to remember his name.
Virginia raises a brow, "Chris?" She asks him, wondering why he would be curious about Chris. She pushes a fallen piece of blond hair behind her ear as she looks over at him.
He looked back to her. "Yea! Chris. I forgot his name. Sorry. Either way. What's with you and him?" He asked as if he thought they were together.
She furrows her brow slightly at his question, "We've gone through chemistry together, we just work together in class. We're friends," She tells Kyle. Honestly the thought of her and Chris together made her want to laugh. At the beginning, they both set clear boundaries that their relationship was strictly school-based. Nothing more.
He raised an eyebrow and looked at her. "So yous are not dating?" He asked obviously shocked. "I thought yous were together... Like together together." He said feeling slightly dumbfounded.
Virginia laughs softly and shakes her head, "No, our relationship is completely platonic. We're just friends," She assures him.
He laughed a bit and shook his head putting his hand on the back of his neck. "Well than I guess I need to stop jumping to conclusions." He said with a laugh letting his hand fall from his neck.
She nods slightly, "You know what they say when you assume," She points out before walking into class. She sits down in her usual place around her lab partners.
He walked to the teacher and handed her a paper. He smiled lightly. He had got his scheduale changed that he was in this period and out of remediation. The teacher smiled. "About time you get your grades up to join us." She said as she looked at him.
Virginia and her small group talk amongst themselves, waiting for the teacher to start calling roll and for class to start.
