I don't know what to do, I've followed every rule on how to run a successful clan and still no one's interested
I don't know what to do...

I think we just have to keep following those rules. Today might just be a bad day for activity. We have enough members to keep the Clan going, even though we should try to get more.

The Avalon Empire did an open thread contest a while ago, maybe if the activity doesn't pick up we could try that?

Also banners in signatures. That's a good idea, especially if the accounts with them RP in other boards too.

Yeah, I guess it could be. But it's been heading downhill for days. It happens after every deputy is promoted, well ever since the Blueflame era. I've been watching how things happen and everything just seems to happen like this for some reason, I really have no clue.
Like the last time it was this bad was before Tony got promoted, and once he got promoted activity began to spike up a bit. Then he promoted a deputy and the activity lowered and then demoted and the activity picked up and began to die down before the deputy was even promoted again. Now there's threads that were last replied to at 3am-6am my time on the board each time I get on around 3pm-6pm, a 12 hour difference. And currently we're the only frontboard with that problem, so it's kind of reflecting bad on us :c
And we've got to achieve around 1,200(?) posts a month soon enough, because I think we're reaching our 6 month mark soon. (meaning after that we have to reach that goal, and I fear we might not reach the goal)

I'll try holding an open thread competition for the open ranks such as constables and magistrates, though the magistrates are usually chosen from active and helpful members.

I'm not good with creating banners at all, so if anyone who is that would be willing to could you create one? Thanks Cx

Yeah the life divisions were forgotten because the people in there either were promoted, demoted or died. Actually it was technically all three but Azure died after being promoted :c
I just haven't managed to find anyone to replace them since, and Midna had an idea for them but that PM's lost under all the other ones that is from a merged account whoops.
