What EXACTLY do the checkboxes do on new threads?

    [tt][size=8]Like I understand the basics of them, but specifically what do the "Private" and "Hidden" checkboxes do?

    hidden = no one can see it on the board, except staff (?) i believe
    i may be wrong so just wait to make sure from someone else ~

    'private' checked threads will still show up on the board you post it in, but nobody will be able to view it except those invited


    'hidden' checked threads will not show up on the board, but anybody that has the link to it may post on it


    threads that are checked both 'hidden' & 'private' cannot be seen and even if they have the link to it, it cannot be viewed/posted in.


    staff can view any and all threads [private, hidden, both, or not] bc i mean they're staff cx
