"I don't know how safe it is to put explosive powder in your mouth, so I'd rather not risk killing her if we can avoid it," Dakota replied, glancing back at Noah with an amused look on his face at the shorter boy's reaction. "I probably still have some stuff in my room, and Levi definitely has things we can use too, so I think we should be good," he decided, also not really wanting to spend too much money on prank equipment. There were better things to spend money on, like food. He made his way to the counter, waiting in line only for a moment before being able to pay, and soon he led the way out of the store with a bag in his hand. "Well, anywhere else you wanna go?" he asked Noah.

He pouted like a child at the look he got, though tried to wipe the dust from his tongue. He wasn't surprised to hear the boys had other items they could easily use to torment Lisa. He was quiet until they finally left, spending his time to try and get the remaining powder off his face. [b]"Um, seeing as I'm the color of a blueberry, I'd kind of like to go back to the castle and shower." He stated awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. "But if you want, I'm open to you dragging me around for a while. I've been told I don't get out enough." He shrugged, as if he didn't understand how that could be. He didn't mind spending time with Dakota though, normally finding more fun then being stuck up in his room.

"Hmm." Dakota thought it over, seeing that yes, Noah was looking a bit blueberry-ish but not wanting to end their outing. Not that he wanted them to stay in hogsmeade for the entirety of the day, but it'd been more fun than going with Lisa, that was for sure. "Well, considering I've already spent most of my weekend here I guess we can go back so you can shower. But afterwards we should definitely go flying," he suggested, though honestly he didn't plan on giving him a choice. "After all, you've never seen me on a broom and the weather's good. Might as well enjoy it before the week starts." He swung the bag he was carrying as he walked, overall in a pretty good mood despite the rough start to his morning.

The male grinned at what the other said. [b]"I can work with that agreement." He pushed his hair back from his eyes, most of which was the blue part. He didn't see where the request was coming from, but he certainly didn't mind. Dakota was right though, the weather was perfect for flying, even if they weren't participating in a game together. "Don't think I won't fly circles around you if you give me the change." He taunted, shoving his hands in his pockets again. He most likely wouldn't be able to fly around Dakota, seeing as he was a seeker and Noah was a chaser, but he still enjoyed teasing and tainting the other blond.

"We'll just have to wait and see," Dakota replied with a smile, starting on the path that led away from hogsmeade and back to hogwarts. "As much as I know you enjoyed taking a bath together, I'm afraid I'm going to have to go interrogate Levi, so you'll be on your own. Just find me when you're done," he told Noah. He didn't particularly feel like talking with Levi, or dealing with people at all really, but if he could get answers from him then it wouldn't be a waste of time. Plus, it'd be helpful to let him in on his plan for vengeance since he had more supplies.

Noah felt his cheeks burn red at the mention of them bathing together. [b]"huh, I guess I'll just have to live with not seeing you for an hour." He stated, pouting like he was upset over it. Not that he wouldn't mind seeing Dakota in those circumstances again. "Do i want to know why your interrogating Levi? Or should I just be worried?" He asked, trying to ignore the heat in his cheeks that was quickly fading. The walk back towards the castle seemed a lot faster then their way to the village, most likely because Noah wasn't yelling at a pack of girls or they weren't shoving each other as they walked.

When the reached the castle, Noah bit down on his lip. He was reluctant to leave, even if it meant getting the blue powder off. "Good luck with Levi. I'm going to go and try not set myself on fire." He walked away from the blond as they got inside. When he got to Ravenclaw's common room, his blue hair caught a bit of attention. He quickly went up to his room to grab a change of clothes before leaving the tower again, extremely happy that Zoey and Sam weren't around to laugh at him.

The blond still hated the idea of using one of the freezing showers to get cleaned up, instead turning on the water for the bath. It was the middle of the day, so no one was in the bathroom. Noah stripped down as the water filled the bath, shoving himself into the water. After a few minutes it turned a very light shade of blue. Noah got out quickly, knowing he still had to meet up Dakota later. He walked to one of the mirrors, stopping when he say he still had blue in his hair. It was just as intense as before, most likely remaining so bright in his hair due to it's naturally light color.

Noah got dressed quickly, leaving the bathroom to go back to the tower. When he arrived back this time, Zoey and Sam were there. They didn't do anything to hide their own laughter, and Noah glared at them, clearly wanting to strangle them both. He went up to his room, dropping his sweater from before on his bed before he got his broom out of his trunk. He left the tower again, rushing to leave so no one else noticed his colorful hair. He hurried towards the field, not even sure if Dakota would show up soon or not.

After they parted ways at the castle Dakota found it very difficult to wipe the smile off his face, which was frustrating because it's not like it had been a date or anything, and yet despite the fact that Dakota had learned Noah had a crush on someone and that his 'girlfriend' was cheating on him, he felt pretty content. It was annoying and made no sense to him. He walked towards the gryffindor common room, trying not to think about Noah taking a bath probably alone and instead focusing on finding Levi. He dropped the bag of explosive powder off at his room, meeting Alec when he went back downstairs. Clearly the other was surprised that Dakota was actually out of bed and in pretty high spirits. Dakota replied rather simply to his questions and then asked where Levi was, learning that the slytherin was in the courtyard.
He made his way outside and quickly found Levi, who jumped to his feet when he spotted the blond.
"Where the hell have you been?"
"...Hogsmeade."
Levi looked at him in confusion.
"Alone?"
"....With Noah," Dakota replied, practically daring the other to say something about it with his glare.
Levi, surprisingly, kept his thoughts to himself.
"So, he told me he likes someone. And that you know who it is. So, you should tell me," the blond said bluntly.
The slytherin fought the urge to hit him upside the head.
"You're kidding me, right?"
"No, why?"
It was then Levi realized his friend had no idea. The guy could tell when a girl was eyeing him from a mile away, but he couldn't tell that Noah had a crush on him. And they'd just spent the entire morning together. Levi swore to god he was going to kill them both.
"It's not really my place to tell. Besides, you'll find out soon enough, hopefully. If you just open your eyes you'll see how obvious it is."
Dakota threw his hands up in irritation, spouting something about hating a blond in his house he didn't even know. Levi was too amazed at their obliviousness to listen very carefully. He then invited Dakota to go chill in the slytherin common room, but Dakota quickly said he had other plans. With Noah. Which led to Levi actually hitting him upside the head and walking off.
After the conversation in the courtyard Dakota felt confused and sort of pissed at Levi that he hadn't told him anything, especially since the slytherin usually told him everything when it came to who liked who. He headed to his room to get his broom, only giving an occasional nod as his mind was too distracted to do anything else. Alec looked at him questioningly when he grabbed the broom out of his trunk but didn't say anything, and soon Dakota was walking to the field with his head in the clouds. Apparently Noah had gotten there before him, and Dakota smirked when he spotted a still-blue streak in his hair.
"Do you not know how to wash your hair?" he joked, biting back an offer to help. Really, anytime.

He leaned forward on his broom, tilting the handle so he was redirected back towards Dakota. He got off his broom when his feet were close enough to the ground, gripping it tightly as he walked closer to the taller male. [b]"Well I didn't have you around to help now did I?" He asked, a smile on his mouth. "Besides, I thought you said you liked the blue streaks. I thought it might make you like me more." He teased the other male, biting down on his lip again. He knew he probably would keep the blue streaks if he thought Dakota would like it.

Dakota wondered if Noah had meant for his first remark to sound as suggestive as it had, or if it was just him overthinking things like he always tended to do. Probably the latter, but a guy could dream. He smirked at the last comment, leaning forward and inspecting a blueish lock of hair between his fingers. "I do like them. Doesn't mean you have to keep them though," he told Noah, releasing the strand. "After all, why would you want me to like you?" he teased back, thinking two could easily play at that game. The blond leaned back, twirling his broom around. "So, want to go ahead and fly or are you too worried about messing up your hair?"

Noah frowned slightly when his hair was flicked back at him. He expected Dakota to know the answer already after questioning Levi. He didn't offer up an answer, leaving that part of their flirty game to be picked up again later. [b]"hmm, I think I'll live." he smiled again, swinging his leg over his broomstick to kick off the ground. He rose a few feet above Dakota, waiting on the other male to join him in the air. "How did questioning Levi go? You don't seem to know anything, otherwise I'm sure you would have traded me about it by now." Half of him wanted Levi to have told the gryffindor, but on the other hand he was terrified to know what Dakota would think and hopped that the Slytherin hadn't spilled any details.

ohmygod this entire time i thought noah was a golden nugget of innocence. it turns out when they actually start getting intimate dakota's all uncertain and he's like 'oh god i dont wanna hurt him what am i doing' despite being the ladies man at school and noah's just like 'i will smack you if you try to stop midway again'

Dakota let out a sigh of frustration when Noah asked him about questioning Levi, kicking off the ground once he got on his broom. "The bastard didn't tell me, saying I'd find out for myself eventually if I 'opened my eyes'," he replied with a scowl, flying up next to Noah. "So, think we'll get in trouble if we fly over the Forbidden Forest?" Dakota asked, directing his broom up to go a bit higher and take in their surroundings. Apparently no one had had the same idea as them and preferred to stay on the ground, so the sky was completely empty. They were just sharing it with some clouds, really.

He looked back at Dakota, his smile growing into a larger grin of amusement. "I'll race you to the edge of the tree line."

Dakota blinked over at Noah when he mentioned it being a date idea. "None of the girls I've ever been out with would ever agree to this," he scoffed with a shake of his head. "You have no idea how many times I've been to hogsmeade. I even know the names of designer brands now. It's pretty bad." He glanced over at the other before looking towards the tree line, a smile forming on his lips. "Alright, you're on. First to the tree line wins," he agreed. "You gonna count off or should I?"

He leaned forward on his own broom, jumping forward towards the forest. He didn't take a huge notice of any tricks the other blond might say, instead focusing on the idea of not crashing when he got to the trees.

"Damn it," he cursed as he got a late start, trying to fly as fast as he could without hitting anything. Luckily he was a pretty skilled flyer, and soon there was barely any distance between the two boys. He was used to flying at high speed anyway, having been a Seeker and all, so he wasn't too worried about losing control. Eventually he caught up to Noah, practically side by side as he flew.

He landed a few seconds after Dakota in front of the trees, not bothering to hide that his divers were trembling from how hard he had gripped the broom. [b]"I think I should have seen that coming." he breathed, sighing. "Is there a certain topic you'd like my embarrassing topic to be about?" Noah asked, meaning it in a sarcastic manner

That counts, right?" The blond was still pretty determined to find out who it was.

He leaned his weight on his broomstick, looking at a spot on one of the trees behind Dakota. "is there anything else you want to know? I'll answer any other question without hesitation."

The first time he'd told Levi he'd been as red as a tomato but also pretty proud. He didn't know how Noah would react, though. He leaned back against a nearby tree, tossing his broom lightly from one hand to the other just to keep himself occupied. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to though," he offered.

"Um, i was scared to death of my brother walking in, because he didn't even know I had been dating anyone. And we had forgotten to lock my bedroom door. My brother walks in, stops when he sees us both half naked, and just turns and walks out of my room. He yelled over his shoulder that we had finally upgraded from snogging in the kitchen." Noah had already started to rub the back of his neck, feeling like his face was an aweful shade of blush. "I'm pretty sure all my partner had to do was kiss my neck to get me to forget about it. Sad as that is."
