  • "Hey Mae," Krypt said as he put on his smirking smile again for her. "Guess what. We're going to be servant buddies for little miss ego." He laughed. "Poor big red over here... Feeling a bit jealous I'd say."
Krypt wanted to lighten the mood for as long as he could. After all, dark times were fast approaching.

  • Mae raised an eyebrow smiling softly. "Yeah now somebody else can got get her highness her stupid tea." She joked as she motioned for Tanner to stick out his arm. "Yeah sure I'm jealous. Especially since you two didn't just get cooked like turkey." He stated and shook his head. Mae laughed a bit. "Stop being so negative you aren't dead yet so just be happy about it." She said and rubbed some on his face. He winced at the pain and she just rolled her eyes.

  • Krypt bit his tongue to keep from telling Mae the awful news that he had told Tanner. He opted to shrug instead. "Well, I don't know how long it will be before I'm finally told to do some work for the princess, but I'm going to save my strength for when I do," he said. "That girl won't onow what hit her when I'm done."

  • Mae looked back at him and simply chuckled as she finished applying ointment. When her back was turned Tanner glared at him signalling doing something like that would most likely lead to their heads being severed. When she turned back he looked off in the distance whistling to himself. "I'm sure the princess won't."

  • Tanner was right of course. Krypt knew he would have to be much more careful. He laid back down onto his back, looking up at the cieling. He thought to himself about what he could possibly do.

Ooc- want to timeskip to when he's healed and starts working?

  • Sure sounds good to me
Mae was carrying a tray mumbling to herself. Lilian was sitting the thrown room and took the tea from her. "Den Krypt in." She snapped and Mae nodded as she tied and quickly walked out. She growled under her breath. The Princess had running around like crazy.

  • Krypt was asleep in the hospital bed which he hadn't yet moved from. Well, at least he had not moved from it while anyone was watching him. He had been practicing in sexret. As soon as he could walk without pain, he had begun to train again to fight and block. He had to be fit enough to take on anything.

  • She walked into the room sighing as she looked down at him. Since he was asleep she turned and looked at his leg inspecting it. It had healed pretty well and looked in fairly good shape. She lightly tapped his shoulder and stepped back a couple feet just for precaution sake. She tapped her door waiting for him to wake.

  • His eyes snapped open as he heard the tapping on the wooden door. He looked up and around, surprised to see Mae there, standing so far from him. "Mae?" he said, looking at her curiously. "Something wrong? You look ... I don't know, scared of something."
He pushed himself up to sit on the edge of the bed as he spoke. He had thought at first that his visitor might have been the princess again, since those damned shoes of her's tapped loudly on the floor boards.

  • She shrugged and rubbed the back of her neck. "Last time I had to wake someone up I got a black eye so I'm scared it is going to happen again." She admitted and took a deep breath. "And the royal highness herself wants to see you, but isn't going to walk down here." She stated.

  • Krypt sighed and pushed himself off the bed. "Typical." He said, walking towards her. He put a hand gently on Mae's shoulder. "Listen. I'm not a violent guy by nature," he told her with a smile. "The worst you'll get from me by waking me up is probably sleep talk. I react to certain sounds, but they only wake me up." He paused. "Now, let's go see what this girl wants."

  • Mae smiled and shrugged slightly. "Alright I'll not that for next time." She said and rolled her eyes. She room a deep breath as she shook her head. "Of course she wouldn't want to wear out those heels of her's." She said snickering as she walked along trying to keep slow.

  • He chuckled with her. "Oh of course not," he chuckled and mimiced the princess' voice. "Oh darling brother dear. Will you tell the servants that i need a new pair of shoes. I walked in these today and can't possibly wear them ever again." He laughed at his own humour.

  • Laughing she nodded. "That's pretty close." She said smiling as she laughed a little. "Oh I can simply not wear such a dress! Take it away and find one that will match my shoes!" She squealed sounding pretty dead on to the princess as she looked towards the craved doors. "I wonder what she wants with you." Maw mumbled out loud.

  • He chuckled as they walked side by side to the door. He looked at the large wooden barrier in front of him, with all the ornate carvings and frowned. He remembered that Tanner and he had decided not to tell Mae about the situation. "Well, I don't know. But I'd rather be doing this than going to see the so-called king." he told her and pushed the door open.

  • Taking a deep breath she nodded and followed him through the door. She had known him and Tanner were hiding or at least that was what she thought since occasionally they were talking in quiet tones stopping the moment she walked in. And there sat the Princess high and might as ever her brother was talking quietly with her. Her green eyes looked at Crypt. "Glad to see you up and walking." She said full on venom.

  • Crypt wouldn't give her the satisfaction of seeing him annoyed with her this time. He opted to be smug. "Ya. I'm raring to go, as I expected," he replied, raising a brow. "You sure this is what you want. Your brother seems to be trying to deter you and have you change your mind."

  • She leaned forwards slightly and smiled cupping her hands. "Chomping at the bit to get started are we?" She asked raising an eyebrow. Matthew narrowed his eyes and looked about ready to say something, but she simply thumped him over the head. "Not much of a mind reader huh?" She asked and shook her head as she took a deep breath. "Of course what me and my brother's dicussions are none of your business." She said hissing. "So shall we begin our little game?

  • "I am ready to start." he said. "Id didn't just lay down in a bed this entire time. Geez, if I did, I would think I was already broken. But of course, I won't let that happen."
Krypt stretched his arms over his head, a smile on his face. H e looked over at Mae and winked. "Don't worry, everything is going to go swimmingly," he assured her.

  • Lilian narrowed her eyes as she got to her feet. Her heels clicked on the stone floor looking over at him. The room silent beside those clicking heels. "Well since you aren't bed riden then it's only right you to put you to work." She said sharply. Mae gave a nod and shook her head. "I'll choose to believe you." She muttered and Lilian flicked her hand for Mae to leave. With a small snort she turned away and walked away quickly. She flicked her hand for Crypt to follow.
