    Hello! I'm not exactly sure how to add borders around an image. I feel like it's something really easy to do but i just cant figure it out. I would really like a border around this image →

    but with regular pictures i use gimp

    I use online-image-editor.com when editing gifs, unless I need to add something else to it, then I use GIMP
