Sandstorm nodded. She really didn't think she would faint, though it wasn't good that the bleeding hadn't stopped. She would have figured her blood would have clotted by now. Oh well, she would put cobwebs on it once they arrived back at camp.
Goldenfall smiled at Shatteredpaw as he padded back up beside her. "I think it's very kind of you to be concerned over Sandstorm," she said to the apprentice, purring at the same time.
Ooc: bump!
Shatteredpaw nodded lightly and smiled, "Well I'm glad no one got killed.. That's good at least..!" He smiled, his tail slowly pressing against her body, his whiskers twitching. Closing his eyes, he leaned on the huntress. "And you're sure you're not.. Hurt?"
Lucy kept walking, her kit still in her mouth by the scruff.
Sandstorm continued to follow in silence. She was just glad that the ordeal was over. She knew what to do next time. Her impatience caused all this. But she needed focus and had a job to do once they arrived back at camp.
The kit squealed, for she was a bit hungry
Lucy's ears leaned slightly, but they perked right back up.

"I'm sure I'm fine," Goldenfall mewed to the fighter apprentice. She pressed her body slightly against his, in hopes that it would emphasize her reassurances.
Jaystar idly listened to the others conversations. He was mainly focused on what to do with Lucy though. I guess first thing is get her set in the nursery. Shatteredpaw can help with that. She'll be in there for a while, so training her won't be a problem for a few moons. He frowned slightly in concentration as he thought everything through.
OOC: x'D Most of you weren't active for like, a whole lotta time today.
Shatteredpaw purred loudly when he felt her press back against him. Of course, he wasn't completely mature yet - he still felt and thought rather childishly. Flicking his tail against hers, he smiled as he began spotting camp up ahead.

Sandstorm was glad they were almost to camp. She was mentally running through her mind what she was to do.

Goldenfall purred as well, glad to see that Shatteredpaw was happy.
Lionleap popped his head outside of the camp entrance, spotting the band of his clanmates coming back alongside a loner with a kit. He trotted over to meet them. "What happened?" he asked, seeing the ragged state at least half of them were in.
Lucy's ears flicked as she walked along side the leader, she zoned out a little.
The kit squealed
"Something." Shatteredpaw muttered under his breath, a little mad that his mentor hadn't come after him. Walking a little faster, he puffed out his chest, and walked forward a bit. "You coward! Why didn't you come with me?" He half-hissed, his blue eyes locked onto the larger warrior, his claws digging into the dirt. Would he have been of help? Probably not, since it was only a quick second or two, but.. Still! His apprentice ran off!
"I searched the camp for you first," Lionleap said, somehow managing to keep a level head. "I shouldn't just assume you ran out of camp, now should I?" The tom stared steadily into his apprentice's eyes. "Besides, it looks like you had others that were more than capable of taking care of you," he added, gesturing to Goldenfall.
Lucy chuckled softly at the apprentice.

Sandstorm nodded to the others in camp and silently made her way to her den. She was a sight to see, was not very hard to see her bloodied pelt. Once inside she waited for when the loner and her kit came in the den and maybe Goldenfall so she could treat her wounds.
Seeing that the other she-cat left, she followed after her, thinking she was suppose to. She entered the Medicine cat's den and looked around, she was amazed at all the herbs
"I was right beside Whisperstep." He insisted, shaking his head and huffing, Glancing to Sandstorm. Blinking, he began trotting after the medicine cat. Putting a paw on her side, he purred, "Lay down. You're bloodied and bruised. Why not take me on as a demo-apprentice?" He joked, turning around and lightly scratching the dirt, "You don't look too good.. I mean, you can do everything, but.. Why not have help?"
Jaystar narrowed his eyes at Shatteredpaw and Lionleap. "Shatteredpaw, don't talk like that to your mentor. You can't just assume he is always watching everything you do. However, if Lionleap was taking you out to train, which is what should have been happening, then he should have stayed with you. As for your question, Lionleap, Goldenfall, Crackedfang, and I were on a walk and we found Lucy and our kit. Meanwhile, Sandstorm decided to go out alone and was attacked by a badger. Goldenfall heard her and ran to help, and I followed Goldenfall. I assume Shatteredpaw heard from wherever he was as he came to help as well. Lucy has decided she and her kit will join our clan."
Heronwing followed her apprentice, taking as much care as he did to slide through the undergrowth silently.
Sandstorm purred as Shatteredpaw was talking. He had a point, she was doing this all alone. But she had no choice, she had no apprentice yet. She was honestly doing fine, just made a misstep today. "Thank you dear, but I will be fine. I'm sure you have better things to do, I have it covered. Besides, it was my fault anyway I got hurt, I don't deserve special care. I appreciate it though.", she said with a smile. She turned to the loner. "I never had to the chance to introduce myself. I am Sandstorm, the healer of Soaringclan. I believe I heard your name was Lucy, correct? Do you or you kit have any injuries that need to be attended to? I can give you some chamomile. That will give you some strength. Oh Shatteredpaw, why don't fetch her some fresh-kill? I am sure she is hungry.", she said.
ooc; Is she still nursing the kit? I was unsure of kit's age.
