OOC: Um... Basically Dewdrop's kits are coming soon and Lionleap and Shatteredpaw are training. And btw, I'm thinking Jaystar will develope a crush on either Lucy or Sandstorm, haven't decided yet.

"A finish in blow that doesn't involve killing?" Lionleap repeated the question as he thought about it. "It could involve anything from you inflicting so many wounds on them that they are to forced to retreat to where you have them in such a position that they are forced to give up on the attack."
"No one in particular," Oakbranch said to Whisperstep. "No one except for my mother. She would always care for when my siblings would beat up one me." He paused for a moment, smiling at the memories. "It may be hard to believe, but I was the runt of the litter."
-
ooc: oh ok sounds good :)
Sandstorm stopped and fetched a mouse for herself and began to eat it in her den. She began to think how she would do the delivery. Even though she had done many, they were always tricky to do.
-
Seastone crept softly up behind Shatteredpaw, then pounced on the apprentice. She was relatively near his size, smaller than Lionleap at least. "You doing fighting practice?" The previously-a-fighter childish deputy asked. She started quivering, excitement clearly showing. "Can I help, Lionleap?" She asked, desperate to help the handsome fighter.
-
Jaystar couldn't help but chuckle slightly at his excitable deputy. He watched the camp from his perch, happy for the peace they were enjoying.
-
Sandstorm left her den and sat outsidebof it. She continued to think about Dewdrop, it was good they would have more kits soon. She always had stress because they were relying on her to deliver them safely. You could see when was troubled from her face.
-
Jaystar leaped off the root and padded over to Sandstorm. "You look worried. What's wrong? And I'm sorry for getting so mad earlier. I was just worried."
-
Sandstorm smiled as he approached. "No its OK you were right after all. Dewdrop is about her have her kits real soon. I always get stressed when I am going to deliver kits as the mother puts her trust in me to deliver them safely. So even though I have delivered many kits I always get worried before delivering.", she said to Jaystar. She knew everything would be alright.
-
"Hehe... if you want to," Lionleap said to Seastone. This was one of the only times he had ever talked to the she-cat, so he was nervous. "Perhaps you can think of something new to teach him." the tom thought aloud.
-
"I'm sure you'll do fine, just as you always do," Jaystar said, sitting beside her.
-
"Yea, I know I can do it. Birthing really goes two ways. Very good or Very bad. I just get over-worried sometimes. They leave the fate of their kits in my paws, somewhat scary. I need to get over it, I would love to have my own kits someday if I ever met the right tom.", she said. She wasn't even sure why she told him the last part, probably cause she trusted him.

Whisperstep trailed off. How could she have known? It wasn't like she really talked to anyone that much she couldn't have known. And why did she feel this overwhelming sense of closeness to this tom? She never felt this way about any other cat so why him?
Dewdrop felt relief with Sandstorms words. It was comforting to know Sandstorm didn't seem worried.}

"I'm sure you'll find him eventually," Jaystar said. "He might be closer than you'd think," he added softly, mostly to himself.
Heronwing led Hawkpaw back into camp, dropping her squirrel on the freshkill pile.
-
"I hope so. I never got a chance you search for a mate mostly because of how long I was a rogue. Pretty much everyone you met was a threat to your life, so that didn't go well. Now that I am part of Soaringclan I think finding that special someone is more likely.", she said with a smile. She tucked her tail around her paws. She was actually enjoying the chat with Jaystar.
-
"I'm glad you decided to join us. You're a great Healer and a very nice cat," Jaystar said, smiling slightly.
-
Sandstorm blushed slightly. "Thank you. I'm glad to be here, I was very curious in medicine as I grew up. Glad I can use it to help others. You doing ok?", she said with a smile.
-
"It's quite alright," Oakbranch said to Whisperstep with a gentle smile. "You didn't know, so don't be too hard on yourself about it."
Ooc: sorry, low muse :/
-
Jaystar nodded. "My side's not too bad, and I've had time to calm down. Hunters really aren't meant to fight badgers. The same techniques really don't apply," he chuckled slightly.
-
Sandstorm nodded. "Good. They should be healed in a few days or less. I imagine most prey hunters try and catch are not twice their size.", she said with a nod. She was still thinking about the incoming kits, but after speaking with Jaystar she felt much better and confident. She knew what she was doing, there was a reason she was the healer. She liked Jaystar, he always cheered her up, he was also cute...
-
"Not the most well thought out plan, but what else could I do? I couldn't exactly leave you and Goldenfall to fight a badger alone," he commented, looking Sandstorm straight in the eye.
