    Ruby started to slow down due to the fact that her lungs and legs were burning. "I...I think we...we lost them," she said through breaths.

    Quince heard the short howl, "Nope, we-we're not safe...". Freddy started playing his jingle, but not because he was going to kill them, purely for his amusement.

    Ruby heard the howl and she felt her heart rate steadily rise. She was probably hurting the poor boy's hand due to squeezing it too hard. She then heard the jingle and said with fear laced through her voice, "What was that?"

    "It's Freddy's stupid song, but it never happens unless the power goes out, this is one hell of a night!" Freddy let out another demonic laugh before entering the kitchen.

    Silent looked at the clock and nodded. "If i survive the day ill see ya later goldie." Silent joked and started walking out the kitchen

    "Maybe we should head back to the office." Quince said "They're usually gone by now."


    Freddy decided to head back to the stage, it was close to six anyway.

    Ruby nodded and then heard the clock towner in the distance. She sighed a relief and noticed her hand still gripping Quince's. Her hand immediately retreat into her pocket and she looked at the ground. "Anyways, why in the world did you stay here for a year?" she asked, still staring at the floor.
