  • Jayden nodded thoughtfully. "That's a good strategy, but I couldn't do it," he admitted. It's not that he couldn't face his fears, he just knew he'd pass out if he was faced with them. He could already tell that Sky was much braver than he was.

    (It's okay, thank you)

  • Sky smiled and nodded her head understanding. "Yeah I get it. Not everyone can." She shrugged. She sighed and leaned back in the seat as she tried to think of something to say. She wasn't in a certain character to be and how to act so she had to be herself. She was much better at acting like someone else when no one knows who you are. She had to be her awkward weird self who didn't know how to keep a conversation going to save her life.

  • (That sucks)

Jayden shook his head. Bravery had never been his strongest point, which made him wonder why he'd taken a job in Law Enforcement. "So..." he trailed awkwardly, unable to come up with something to say. "Erm... cats. Do you like cats?" he asked, mentally face-palming.

  • Sky couldn't help at smile and let out a small giggle. "Cats... I have never had one. They look cute though." She shrugged still smiling at him. She thought it was cute how he was awkwardly trying to make conversation with her.

  • Jayden looked surprised. "Really?" he gasped, "Cats are so cool." He thought back on the cats he'd owned in his life time. "When I was 11 we got a family cat named Jinx, and my father was terrified of her. He couldn't be in the same room with her, even though she was so sweet," he told the story with a fond smile. Jinx had been his favorite out of all of his past cats.

  • Sky smiled big at his surprised face and opinion on them. She let out a giggle by his story and shook her head. "Well I have never had one. Once I settle down I will make sure to get a cat. And a dog too." She said happily. She has had dogs before and loved them. "You may think cars are cool, but dogs are the best." She stated with a big dimpled smile.

  • Jayden laughed deeply. "You've got it all wrong, cats are the best," he argued. Truth be told, while Jayden had lived with dogs in his home, he'd never really called one his own. He couldn't remember having this much fun with anyone else, though.

  • Sky gasped dramatically. "No. Never. Dogs are the best!" She declared. Her father was in the same buisness that she is in, that's mainly how she even got a chance to try. He had two trained attack dogs that stayed with the family at all times. The dogs loved the family and became even more protective. One dog was a German Shepard while the other was a Dutch Shepard. She grew up with the dogs until they died then they got more. "Dogs are more protective, they cuddle, they play, they are very entertaining. They are the best animal to have." She stated. She wasn't going to back down.

  • Jayden threw his head back laughing. "Yeah, but they slobber and chew," he argued. He'd thought back on his past cats some. "Cats are a lot smarter and they're great for comfort, plus you'll never have a mouse problem if you own a cat," he said matter-o-factly. He wasn't planning on backing down anytime soon either.

  • Sky smirked and rolled her eyes at him and crossed her arms. "Dogs are smart too. You don't see any blind person walking around with a cat guiding them. Also cats do whatever they want and never listen. Dogs listen, they are obedient." She stated with a raised eyebrow. "They are better than cats. Have you ever had a dog?" She asked.

  • Jayden smirked as well. "Who wants a boring old "obedient" pet anyway?" he scoffed. He shook his head and laughed again. "And yes I've had a dog, that's how I know I don't like them," he grunted. Truth be told, the dog had been his brother's and it was the dumbest dog he'd ever known.

  • Sky rolled her eyes at him and Lenard back. She then leaned over to him close to whisper. "Well then he wasn't a very good dog then. You weren't one of the lucky ones, such as me." She smirked and leaned back with a shrug.

  • Jayden rolled his eyes. Good dogs only existed in movies, they were nothing more than a fairytale. "Whatever," he chuckled. He smirked wider and shook his head again.

  • Sky laughed at him as she smiled. She liked talking to him, he was funny and nice. She wish there were more people like that with who she worked for. Everyone is hard and mean to each other and especially her since she is so young.

  • Jayden enjoyed Sky's company. She was witty and brave. He needed that comfort after what he saw so often in his line of work. She distracted him from all drama and chaos.

  • Sky smiled big and couldn't help but let a laugh out. "I haven't had this much fun since high school. Wow." She said happily. She was glad that she took this flight and not last nights or else she wouldn't have met Jayden. He was funny and fun to be around, along with him being very attractive.

  • Jayden smiled at that. "Same," he admitted. He couldn't put his finger on what drew him to Sky, but he knew it was something good. Maybe it was her sense of humor, but he was pretty sure that it was something else.
