    Beijingcub sat at the entrance of WindClan's camp. The snow leopard was just a kit, of the lowest rank in the clan. He couldn't officially go outside of the camp as of yet, due to his youth. The cub did enjoy sitting at the entrance, though. He scanned the territory, at least the parts that he could see from the mouth of the cave. The little cub thought it looked rather beautiful this morning, as a light mist crowned the forests and fields. It was almost serene, even though it was at noon. The clouds in the sky prevented the sun from disrupting the calmness of the scene.

    The feline's eyes snapped to the she-cat next to him. He blinked his ice-cold oculars, formulating a response. He could understand how she'd think he was "down". He was rather bored and tired looking about 99% of the time, and sometimes this resulted in people believing he was depressed or sad. This was not the case. He flicked his ears and mewed,"Hi dad, hi Shiftingalliances. I'm just enjoying the scenery." His statement wasn't a lie. He was just out here, seeing what he'd be able to explore in 3 moons or so. He looked at the newcomers, the crocodile and his father, with a nod and a little smile.

    Beijingcub glanced at the jackal and nodded, chuckling."I agree." The snow leopard let out a sigh and continued,"And I know who you are, Polaris. Vice-leader." The snow leopard gave him another blank stare, blinking. He didn't mean to be distant or creepy or anything. He just made it a priority during his kithood to get to know the high positions before they got to know him. Asking around the nursery, he knew most of their names. Now he'd get to know them face-to-face.
