"Pfffffft!" Arianna wrinkled her nose at him and laughed, before making a prompt decision. She wriggled forward, and dragged her entire body over his, so she was efficiently draped over his side. They kinda made a cross, hehe. Of course, it also pinned Zombie down - which was the point. "Well, I'm asking the polar bear," she responded, huffing and trying to kick his butt - literally - with her hind paw. Lightly, of course. To prove a point. "Might I also mention that this supposed creature is black and a wolf? Although, I guess he could pass for a polar bear. His breath certainly stinks enough."

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; height: auto; width: 325px; text-align: justify;][sub]"Damn woman, I thought you hated your dad! Incest is not the way to go!" He chuckled, yipping once he felt her paw hit his fluffy butt. He whipped around, burrowing out from under her before shaking out his fuzzy body. He looked down at her, barking sweet nothings as he pinned her playfully and jumped of quickly only to jump back onto the bed and rest his muzzle on her neck. "I guess his breath does smell pretty bad though. He should be more like me."

Arianna opened her mouth, closed it, opened it again. "Damnit! I thought I had that one," she finally laughed. She hadn't even thought about her father. She moved to get up, except, oop, Zombie yip and wriggle. She tried pressing down her her weight, but it wasn't too effective - she was draped cross-wise over him. Well, had been. Wasn't anymore. She lifted her head lazily, watching him with an amused smile, a sweet smile. She yipped softly back towards him, wordless as well, with her tail beating lightly on the bed. She wriggled underneath his paws, only to have him jump back again and sort of sprawl on her. Specifically, over her neck. She laughed again. "I mean you, you fluffy jackass," she snorted. She knew perfectly well he was messing with her. And if he wanted her to be that specific, well, then there he had it. She'd lick him, but... well, it was kind of hard when his head was on her neck.

He knew sooner or later it would come down to this, though he didn't know what to say anymore. Weren't there others she could pick from? More wolves? Males even? She was pretty, nice, sometimes stubborn but fairly an all around great gal. He didn't want to hurt her feelings because damn, he would sure hurt his own if he replied with 'no'... "But what about Skyrim?" He muttered.

Zombie began to remove his muzzle from her neck and snapping loudly down at her. "Ari, just... Go. Okay? I'm too dangerous for you as it is. I've eaten two people, killed a puppy by eating her alive... You can't possibly just be ready to push all of that aside so fast just so you can be with me. You were ignoring me just a few hours ago and now you're suddenly ready to jump in my arms and... No." He growled softly, looking at her with harsh eyes.

Skyrim. Chills ran down her spine, and her eyes quickly turned to the stony hardness that was the trait of the Stark house. She barely resisted the urge to growl, and that was only because of the male who said the name. But at the same time... she wasn't surprised. At all. Now, she didn't like it. One bit. But it didn't come as a complete surprise.

What did come as a complete surprise? The snapping. The moment his teeth clicked together, she let out a low, warning growl. Don't. It was not a request. Her eyes had narrowed and she was regarding him with a glare. Until he spoke. Then that glare softened, replacing with an unidentifiable look. Arianna closed off her mind, leaving her unreadable. Her intention.

She took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and shoved - pushing the male away and also pushing herself outright. She let out a laugh, a combination of amusement and a very, very slight tinge of bitterness. "Dangerous? It was not you who killed Hazel - I was there. I saw it. I still can't get the damn images out of my head. I'm still struggling with it. Germanium?" Arianna paused, and let out a deep breath. "Images of that are still in my mind too," she responded with a considerably softer tone. "Ready to push it aside? No." Honestly, she really couldn't believe what she was hearing. She thought he knew her; apparently not. "No," she repeated. "I do not push it aside. I can't push it aside. What I can do is work with it - try to figure things out. And just to be with you?" She scoffed. She couldn't help it. "You're far from the truth. That? That would have been a bonus." As much as she wanted to be sad, which she was, she knew she couldn't show her emotions. So she met harsh eyes with cruel ones. She stood, tail swishing behind her as she stood above the male for a few seconds. "Your decision? It does not change mine. A few hours, I was ignoring you. Why? Because I didn't know what to do. You provided a counter-argument that made sense. Before today, I... well, couldn't exactly see you. Skyrim," she struggled to say the name neutrally, but succeeded, "Was with you, and would not allow anyone. She refused to allow me to be near you while you were recovering. I know. I tried. I was kept away. Ready to jump into your arms? That's one way, I guess, of phrasing it. More so would be saying redy to work out problems - and try something."

The direwolf bounded off the bed, heading towards the door. She paused at the entrance. "Perhaps, though, I was wrong," she finally said in a much softer voice. "Perhaps you're right. Perhaps I misjudged your own thoughts. Perhaps you are just as evil as you think you are, and I'm just blind to it. I don't think so, but I could be wrong." Implying she didn't think it was a very high chance of being wrong. "Make up your mind, Zombie. You can't have both of us. Choose one, and soon. I don't think Skyrim will give you freedom of choice much longer." Maybe he'll think on that. She certainly thought so, which is why she stopped and said it.

She gazed at him for a moment longer, before heading towards the hallway, slowly. If he wanted to come out and say something, he could, before she was gone. She didn't think he would, but it was a possibility.

ooc. one more response please? Even if it's not him going after her xD I just want to know his thoughts on this.

    "speech" thoughts[/fancypost]

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; height: auto; width: 325px; text-align: justify;][sub]Zombie did not take kindly to her growling and soon he'd let her know by parting his muzzle and peeling back his lips. Those drool-dripping fangs were white as snow, containing toxins that were based off arsenic and snake venom. This wasn't play, oh no, she didn't frighten him at all. But was he going to let her leave without a final say? Hell no. He pushed passed his door, padding out into the middle of the hallway to gaze at her as she walked away from him. "Some would find you crazy to offer your love to a man who killed your friends and blood, and even as I stand here as a saint dressed in guilt you know I can't say that I didn't at least enjoy the taste of their blood." It was truth. After his episode had passed and the smoke had cleared from his eyes, he could still taste the sweet plasma that ran down his throat. Was it his fault? No. Wolves were meant to kill, eat, hunt. It was a thrill that beat no other in his eyes.

"What happened to those two is in the past, yes, forever will it stay that way. It will follow me around like a shadow, a reminder of my sick, ever-growing history of mistakes and failures. No one cares that it wasn't me that had done those things, all they care about is what they saw, which was me murdering, ripping the skull off and throwing it to the side. Hazel didn't deserve that." He huffed, sitting down and turning to look back into his room. He was wasting his time talking to her, wasn't he? She only wanted one response and he'd yet to reply completely. "I... Arianna," He growled softly, looking out of the window that bathed his bed in moon. What was he waiting for? A silver lining? He didn't know if this help was supposed to fall from the sky or jump from his lungs, he was dumbfounded by his blindness as he went back and thought of her words. "Together." He rumbled, gazing over at her once more before standing up and pad after her. "If you real'ah purely, with all your har't want to do this," He pressed his nose on her ear, tail dropping to a submissive form. "Then I won't say no."

And with that he licked her muzzle, turning to head back to his room so he could finally sleep. "Just know if something goes wrong," He slid back into his chamber, closing the door and looking over to his collar. "That I told you so."
