  • Calli frowned and walked a bit away from Luna, but still kept and eye on her. "Suit yourself" she muttered, as they walked through the abandoned town. Wanting to pick up the pace, she started jogging and then running. She looked back every once and a while to make sure that Luna was following.

  • Calli noticed the eye roll but didn't say anything. She honestly didn't care less about Luna.
After a lot of running, a big skyscraper came into view. It looked broken down and abandoned, but Calli knew that it was much bigger than its appearance. "We are here," she announced. "Now keep your voice down and follow me."

  • "I said be quiet!" Calli said furiously, giving Luna a glare that could kill. "Or you could die."

  • Frowning, Calli returned to her task. She inched toward the door of the big skyscraper. She jumped over a mesh wire heap and motioned for Luna to follow.

  • Once they got to the skyscraper, Calli went over to Zane. "Hey," she said to her boyfriend, walking in through the large, dirty glass doors. Not to her surprise, (because she worked there) the inside was completely flawless and high-end, contrast to the outside.

  • Calli sighed, then shrugged. "I think she killed a human in plain sight- or something to that effect anyway."

  • Calli gave Luna a long, deadly stare. "Quit rolling you eyes- it just might get you through the trial."

  • Calli raised an eyebrow. "It would be very unsettling if you didn't care to live or not."

  • Calli shrugged dismissively. "Well then, pit wouldn't matter anyway." But this time, Calli and Luna had reached a series of cells, not unlike ones that you would find in a prison. "Okay, now go in here for now. I need to go contact the officials and tell them of your arrival."
