History: Fox grew up with a normal life, until her 12th birthday. She woke up up to find that her eyes had changed to a strange purple, and she had sprouted a fox tail, and ears. Her mother was horrified at what her daughter had become, and she threw Fox out of the house, calling police and FBI. Fox, heartbroken, had packed some things, and ran away, wearing a hoodie to hide her ears, and she wore a shirt to hide her tail. The government seemed determined to capture poor fox, and do gods knows what to her. Terrified, she found a small town far away from where she came from, and she hid in a library's attic. One day, however, she had decided to move on, and from her hands flew red spark, that led to a fire raging through the town. Once again homeless, and alone, she ran until she found a small cave in the forest, where she has hid ever since.

Outfit: Casual clothes- shirt, jacket, jeans and sneakers. He hates to dress up fancy and usually has a pair of black headphones around his neck
History: Ryan had a normal, easygoing life, spending a lot of his time listening and playing music on guitar. When he turned 12, his powers began to appear, sometimes going out of his control. When his parents found out, they became worried for his safety and were unsure of what to do. They decided that they would try to do the best they could with his abilities but one of the neighbors found out about Ryan's powers and called the FBI, who soon came to take him away. Ryan's parents helped him get away and he's been on the run since, with no idea where his parents are.
Willingness to learn: fairly high
Extra stuff: his powers are water/ice manipulation -
ice/water would be something none of our other characters have. As well as being cool. (I regret nothing)

thats what i thought too, since water/moisture in air he can use it (unless its a desert, then theres barely any water)

yeah, but the amount of moisture in the air can vary in different places and seasons. don't know how much moisture in in the air anyway, i can just keep it in moderation.
