(All is well. No need to worry if you don't post often because I understand school work. I have so much to catch up on myself. Spots are open for anyone to join!!)
Ryan's jaw dropped and he couldn't help but stare. Shaking his head, he closed his mouth and made his gaze stay on her. "You look amazing," he said, offering her a hand. "I'm really sorry about earlier when I bumped into you. It's just been a long few weeks for me."

"Why thank you. I try and take pride in my appearance, even though I feel like crap. I guess that it helps me get over some things," he said, leading her toward the stairs. "You're one of the few people that I trust so far and I just met you."
(They interact with new people and make new friends. It's kind of like summer camp, except they can do what they want without any parental supervision. Everyone feel free to throw parties and burn stuff!!)

"Well I'm not. I actually care about those that I spend my time with. It's one of my best traits so I'm told. So, where's your boyfriend? You don't seem like the type to stay single," he said, leaning down and kissing her cheek.

He seemed aND most likely was a good guy unlike the creeps.... He asked me a question, "I--I have never had a boyfriend by choice but certain guys are pushy and you've seen how shy I am, I mean as much as I wanted them to stop inside I felt that I couldn't do much", I say, half whispering and half stuttering. "You are very easy for me to talk to, considering I'm shy...", I add. "So I guess I'm single, how about you?", I ask.

"Those guys are idiots. They need to learn the boundary between casual and pushy," he said, putting his free hand in his pocket. "I've had a few, but I've never really liked them. They always used me because I was popular in school. I keep to myself now."

"I'm afraid of getting hurt. The one time that it happened, I still haven't recovered. People just assume that I have trust issues, but they have no idea what happened. It's the reason that I invited everyone here," he said, running a hand through his hair.

"Your not the only one, I haven't spoken to a boy in this kind of depth for over a year because of the stuff that happened", I say. "The thing is, I have always had trust issues, because of my shyness I rarely said a full sentence to anyone for pretty much my whole life but now....", I stopped walking and looked up into his eyes. He was the one, I thought.

"I feel exactly the same way. So, how are you enjoying yourself in my house so far?" He asked, offering her a crooked smile. It had been forever since he had last smiled. This girl was doing something to him and he kind of liked it.

IC: Erin entered last, taking her time to inspect her surroundings. Her eyes narrowed at the support beams for the house beside her as if they would jump out and make her walk into them, but for all her hostile eye-narrowing at the walls, she looked more like she was in desperate need of glasses. Speaking of glasses... Erin gritted her teeth. She'd forgotten her glasses at home. She supposed here would be no reading on this trip, then.
Memories from the day before flooded back to Erin (which was a rare event, considering she hardly ever remembered what had happened the day before) and she recalled feeling rebellious by sneaking her novels into her suitcase with her kid-sized, multicolored socks. Her parents had insisted she go to this summer house to meet some new friends and get her mind off school, but personally Erin was convinced that the owner of the house was a bit... fishy. He was only their age, and she really didn't trust people that were her age. Her family had engraved into her brain that kids her age were rude, recalcitrant teenagers.
In any case, the lean half-asian girl still looked pale and sick. She was already pale to begin with, so now her face looked like parchment- but color was beginning to flush into her cheeks as the sensation of staying in one place became more regular. Erin took the stairs, curious where her room was. Not because she didn't like elevators- in fact she found elevators quite enjoyable. She just didn't see it. Even though it was right in front of her when she entered. She wandered obliviously up the stairs, spacing out as the dull thud of her footsteps calmed her nerves.[/fancypost]

Lunar caught a small glimpse of a teen boy walking into his room next to his and his sisters. For a split second, he thought that their eyes met. shaking his head as if knocking the thought out, he went into their room and shut the door softly behind him. ~

-- I finished unpacking in a matter of minutes before I had nothing to do. I paced around the room, thinking of what I could possibly do. I could talk to the others, which was a good plan, but I didn't know how well they would accept me or whatever. I had to play every card carefully at first, if somehow I manage to get close to someone I can let the real me come out slowly. I shook my head, biting my lip, I probably wasn't going to get close to anyone. I exited my room and decided to take a look around for a minute or so to get used to the place.[/fancypost]© dusty ♡

Lunar had finally unpacked most of his clothes and care into their needed places. "Do you want to walk do to dinner with me?" He asked his sister only until after realizing she hadn't even started on her second suitcase. Not wanting to hear another lecture, Lunar bolted out of the room. Giggling to himself, he stuffed the keys into his skinny jeans pocket and walked on. The boy he saw earlier caught his eye "Oh you must be Micheal.." Lunar approached him slowly with a small smile on his lips "I'm Lunar." He held ut his smaller hand for the teen to shake.

IC: Erin blatantly whistled softly to no tune in particular, hands leisurely tucked behind her back as her eyes stared wide ahead, spacing out. Then suddenly, it happened- she tripped. The ground gave way beneath her and she found herself tumbling down the wooden stairs, back to the landing. Standing, the lanky girl rubbed the back of her neck absently, continuing her march up the stairs as if it were nothing; Erin fell all the time, she was used to it.
When she reached the top of the stairs at last, she inhaled deeply, the smell of dust in the air. Maybe no one had been here in a while, and the guy who owned the place just decided to randomly rent it out because he was bored, or he needed friends. The smell of dust comforted Erin. It was the scent that books had- the scent of the library. Of course, she knew there would be no library here, and that simple thought alone was enough to disappoint her- but she carried on, dragging her suitcase down the corridor in a clumsy manner lacking all subtlety.
When she was halfway down the hall, she started hearing the voices. It was soft at first, and only one sentence. To be honest, Erin didn't understand a word of it. Someone was here already. Or some creep was trying to freak her out on the first day. Well, she wasn't falling for it. Ghosts don't exist. Ghosts don't exist. she repeated in her mind. Somewhere in the back of her brain she knew that spirits could not possibly be real and that she was thinking like a kindergartener, but the illogical part of her mind took over. She would not fall for this prank. And so, fearlessly, like a rat scuttling over the toes of a housewife, Erin charged forward, suitcase in hand, running in that awkward way that she did where all her limbs just seemed far too gangly and uncoordinated.
Hurtling down the hall, she ran straight around the corner without stopping, only to find herself halting as the next hallway began. She was about to run into two boys. Attempting to stop herself, her feet scrabbled at the slick wood floor, only managing to slow her down and direct her momentum to the wall beside her. In just a moment, she'd stopped going forward and ended up painfully face-planting into the wall. Just as planned. What a perfect introduction- now the two kids who were in the hall would think she was a moron.[/fancypost]
