    Ok. So you copy the code.
    Go into Profile.
    Modify My Profile
    Post Templates profile panel
    Create new template
    Paste the code in there, give it a title hit save. Then after you've saved, click on the right hand side where it says Mark as Default Template.
    --
    Then when it comes up when you want to use it, type what you want to say where it says 'Text Here'. So you backspace the 'Text Here' in whichever box you're using and type what you want to say
